About a week before the date, I received a call from Dobson telling me that my inspection date was canceled and would be rescheduled. I was getting ready to go out of town for a few weeks and said that I would call when I returned. I called and was told that the inspector would return my call. I waited a few days but never received a call back. I called again and got the same response. Again there was no returned call. I called a third time. The Dodson lady told me that one of their inspectors quit and so that they were short staffed. I told her that I understood that my inspection would be delayed but that I needed to go ahead and schedule it since I would be out of town for part of August. I reminded her that I had called several times and that I had already paid. She assured me that the inspector would call the next day. Never heard back.

Brandon took his time explaining everything he did to help me understand the problem and fix it myself next time if it fails. Fast forward 3 months later. We had a bad storm and a power surge ended up frying the relay he used. Without question, he came back the next day to replace the relay again and service the fridge due to his warranty.
