I ordered tires to replace the original tires on my new (to me) 1986 Honda Rebel, and then it took me nearly a 2 months to come up with the money due to some hardships that hit my bank account. No pressure. The staff were all patient. When I took my bike in, they stated they were down a mechanic and it would be 'a while' before my bike would be ready - tenth on the list. Little over a week later, I received a call stating it was done. I was expecting that it would take SEVERAL weeks. " I need another week to get paid, before I can pick it up." I told them. Their attitude with me was so patient, and amazing. I am a first time bike owner, new rider and I asked them and at least a hundred different questions. they answered every single one. I read the reviews from others. I'm mostly broke, with no time or money to spare. These guys were NOTHING like negative reviews stated. Nothing. I took a chance, and I am SO glad I did. With all the work done, besides the tires, the price was way more than reasonable. I am so grateful for humans being human beings. There was no high pressure sales pitch for anything. Will not do business with rude people. Went in with brother to buy can am maverick cash in hand brother was going to buy a 4 wheeler for his son and they refused to sell it to him. No questions just assumed i guess. Said something about its her franchise. That being said wont be a franchise with an attitude like that. I personally will not spend a dime there ever again. Went in to get a part for a customer and had an image of serial number. I was unsure of the model but had a clear image of the serial number that he didn't even acknowledge and ordered the part that he thought it was for the wrong machine when I specifically had an image of the serial number. I was polite and said it was not the right part and owner was very rude and degrading to me for not knowing the model when I only had a serial number to go off of. Will not do business with them and do will not recommend anyone to them. Absolutely embarrassing to treat a local customer that way. read more

Some of the employees are great, management no so much. In Baker City OR as a motorcycle referee for a major bicycle race on Friday, Saturday and Sunday before heading back to Portland OR ON Monday. On Thursday night I noticed that the valve stem on my tubeless rear tire was at an odd angle. Tire was still holding air but setting up for a complete failure. Friday I arrived at the shop at 8:00 AM before going to the first race where I had arranged a car as a plan b for the short morning race were the motor wasn't absolutely required. I asked about getting the bike in after the morning race, hoping to have it back for the races on Saturday where it would be required. The person I spoke with at the counter told me that since it isn't a hard Joe to get the wheel off a replace the valve stem I should bring it in after the morning race and they would get it done. When I returned the person I spoke to in the morning said the boss had told they couldn't even take a look at it. Most shops, especially in small towns like Baker City, go out of their way to help travelers with emergency repairs get back on the road. The other shop in town is lots friendlier and went way above and beyond to get me back on the road. If you're in Eastern Oregon & need critical motorcycle help this is Not the shop to ask. read more
