He wasn't the cheapest, but his quote was very reasonable and came across as very professional. I scheduled Kevin for one room first. It was the workout room with an accent wall. We provided the paint to ensure we got the right colors. Kevin showed up early and ready to work with all the right equipment needed. Kevin said he'd likely need to come back for a second coat on the dark accent wall. He asked me to let him know how it looks once it's allowed to dry. It looked great, but it did need a second coat. I called Kevin and he was back out within a couple days. Early again. Very impressed. I booked Kevin for three more rooms. He did a great job with those as well. I'll definitely use Kevin for projects in the future. Update: I took it upon myself to install some overhead storage in the garage. I should've used Kevin. I ended up drilling through a water pipe in the ceiling. I turned off the water and called Kevin. He responded right away and fixed the pipe. He really is a great person to have on speed dial. He was hired to paint my house and I wished I went somewhere else. I am still finding stuff that isn't painted that should have been. He claims to take me to court and file a lien against the property. I say bring it on! After going back and forth with this man I no longer wanted him on my property. He's a joke and his work show's! If you go against my warning and hire this man get everything in writing. I did, please photos' and videos. I paid him and in cash and I have a photo. He gave me a fake receipt and claim I owed him which I paid plus 60$ for material and he ended up using all my material around the house. He claimed my water broke his pressure washer which I never saw and he never pressured washed my house. There wasn't a second coat of paint applied and he never used the primer I bought before paint. Just some more lies. He had me on the hook for almost 2 weeks before getting back to me. I realized after hiring him he wasn't the guy I intended to hire. He brung me a bogus receipt for material that I paid him, gave him and extra $60 for more material which he ended up using all my material I had around the house. I will post pictures in defense to his response! No he's trying to cost me money by lying! The house isn't a dump! I'm done!!! He promised to fill and sand to smooth out some area where the's damage and he didn't! He tried to charge me 100$ a piece per post. After verbally agreeing to include them in quote!
