Don't expect them to pick up your trash on the correct day. Or pick it up at all for that matter.

I wish I could actually leave a 0 star. We have been using Cliffs for about 6 months and so far I think they have actually picked up the trash on the correct day about 4 or 5 times. At this time we have been waiting for over a week. At the start of the week we were told that they are a day behind, then that they are having truck problems and down to 2 trucks. For the last couple of days they have just stopped answering the phone. If you are looking for a reliable service please look somewhere else. read more

I do not recommend this company and would not allow them to auto-draft for payment. Cliff's employees did not pick up my trash three weeks in a row. I contacted the office several times and they told me they would send somebody out to pick it up, but nobody ever showed up. I explained that my account was debited but I didn't receive the services I paid for and should be credited. The office person said she had spoke with the owner, and somebody would be calling me, but i never heard back. I was also assured that my service was paid for through the end of the month. They picked up once and missed me once even though the can was out the night before. They are very undependable, so beware if you are considering them. read more

Several of us in the Ben Wheeler area have consistently paid for our trash service and yet we get about 3 weeks worth of service and we pay for a full month. This has been going on for several months. In the beginning you would get someone to answer the phone and you'd be told that they would send someone out. This NEVER happened. Now they just choose NOT to answer their phones when they skip picking up our trash. VERY disappointed. read more

This company used to be great now they are terrible! They told me that purchased a larger company so I agreed to stay while they worked out the kinks. They never pick up my trash, I call almost every week. This week after I called because they missed me they sent someone out. When one of the black bags ripped they just tossed back to the ground leaving the white bags & tradh everywhere. Many times I have to bring my tradh back up. My ranch has a 1/4++ driveway. Do they care? No, now they don't even answer the phones. I have adked repeatedly for owner to call me back but he won't. read more

I have been lied to and led on for 4 weeks. The staff is pleasant to talk to however every one I spoke with lied to me. I have been told on 6 different occasions that someone would call me "right back" and never received one single call from anyone at this company. I have been told twice that my dumpster would be delivered on a certain day, only to continue waiting and wondering where it is. I have been told that I am "next on the list" to be delivered to, for 3 straight weeks!...And still no dumpster The Customer Service fairy definitely passed over these guys. This is the most unprofessional, unreliable and unethical company I have ever dealt with! I definitely would NOT recommend them. read more

I have not had luck with any trash companies around here so the standard is set pretty low. I agree with the other review... when I first got service I had to call a few times to check where they were. I requested a bigger dumpster and they said they could not do that but could come twice a week, that doesn't work because I have to open the gate for them and be home when they come once a week... and it is never at the same time so I have to leave the gate open for several hours on trash day which is an inconvenience. My biggest issue is all of the trash they leave in the dumpster and the glass that is left in my drive way. I have had to explain to the kids that they can't go in the driveway anywhere around the dumpster because of the piles of glass. I was picking it up once a week but it is in the gravel and it is getting difficult. I'm not sure if it is a pickup before us that has glass, maybe the bar down the road, but it has gotten very bad and the mess in the drive way is becoming dangerous. Like the last reviewer said... they don't do auto-draft or even paypal, which you can set up auto and pay with a card. read more

HORRIBLE customer service! More often than not they do not answer their phone. I moved for 3 months but could never get anyone on the phone to tell them. Upon moving back and trying to restart service, they charged me for 3 months for nothing. Then he proceeded to threaten me that I would not get garbage service from anyone because he knew all of the garbage service owners. Why would I pay them for 3 months of service when no trash was put out? This company leaves a lot to be desired in customer service. He had no tact in dealing with me. He was rude and seemed uneducated, very much like a schoolyard bully. He is very hard to communicate with. read more
