He also has no qualms in referring you to any specialists as needed. His nurse/assistant Lauren is very nice. She is efficient and returns calls with answers to questions. This is a newly constructed building and very clean with moderate parking spaces. The business has an on-site lab for blood work. The practice can also be contacted through an online portal. The staff is courteous on the phone and in person. The PAs are helpful and are good health providers.

This has been one of the most unprofessional and careless medical offices I have ever dealt with…read more What started as decent care quickly spiraled into a mess of inconsistent charting, missing information, and providers who seemed to disappear every few months. Not once did anyone take responsibility or offer explanations. I repeatedly went to this office begging for help with symptoms that were affecting every part of my life. I had labs done, I voiced my concerns over and over, and each time I was brushed off with a casual "everything looks fine." It turns out everything was not fine. After they abruptly asked me to leave the practice without any legitimate explanation, my new provider immediately recognized that I had likely been suffering through menopause the entire time I was with them. Something this office should have caught long before things got this bad. The staff was nearly impossible to reach, and when I did get through, I was met with rudeness, dismissiveness, and zero accountability. Dr. Balta, her husband, and their staff acted like my concerns were an inconvenience rather than a patient's right to proper care. Knowing now that my chart was incomplete and inaccurate for who knows how long is infuriating. That level of negligence could have led to a serious health crisis... and the fact that they acted as if nothing was wrong is unacceptable. This office failed me completely. They ignored symptoms, mishandled my records, dismissed my concerns, and treated me with disrespect on top of it. People deserve safe, attentive, and competent medical care... and that is absolutely not what I received here.
