I started by listing my Stoneridge house in Prescott Valley with the property manager who oversaw the house as a rental. After six months of no activity, I decided he was a great property manager, but a mediocre agent. So I switched to another who had a long-established history in Stoneridge. Month after month I received no offers. Turns out this was an agent difficult to work with and not well-regarded by other local professionals. So my wife and I decided to give it one more shot with a new agent, and I'm glad we called Alex. What made him different from the others was twofold: first, he is quite communicative and knowlegable about the local market, knowing how to price a home fairly. Second, and most importantly, he has established an extensive marketing strategy that really creates exposure. The extent of his strategies is beyond the scope of this review, but give him a call and he'll explain just how he and his team will market your home for a successful sale! You will not be disappointed.

Alexander has deep knowledge of not only real estate processes but also of excellent service providers in the Prescott area. My father passed unexpectedly from Covid and Alex steered me though one of the most difficult times of my life. Thank you Alex!

We were coming from out of state and looking for a place in Prescott Valley to live in while building a house on a beautiful property Paul found for us. He found a place and were able to buy both the land and house while not in town. He went way above what we expected so we could move here. He found craftsmen to make the needed repairs to make the house comfortable. He recommends excellent resources for all aspects of home ownership. Paul is truly a professional real estate business man. Cant speak any higher about Paul, he is a truly a gentleman and wonderful person besides. What Paul gave us was the peace of mind in knowing that I had hired a real estate professional who would be there with us every step of the way and the assurance that we could completely rely on his expertise to purchase our home without any major complications, thus making it a non-stressful experience.

Before the visit I posted on Yelp to ask for guidance about neighborhoods, and sent the post to ten realtors. Karyl stood out as the only realtor to offer us a tour, and the offer was extremely helpful to us. Not only did we see the variety of neighborhoods, but Karyl had selected three houses for us to look inside, and offered many insights about living in Prescott. Karyl, thank you so much for giving us your Prescott tour, and being so generous with your time. It was all we needed to make our minds up about moving to Prescott and we will be in contact with you when the time comes.

Prescott has so many different neighborhoods and different types of homes. Being from California we were not familiar with the area. Karyl's 25 years of local realtor experience, along with her listening to and processing what was important to us, helped us to quickly discover where in Prescott we wanted to live. Karyl is low-key and patient. She hung-back while my wife and I looked through a house. So many great homes! And while looking, we understandably often got excited and impulsive. At the end of each viewing Karyl, while always supportive of the pluses, would respectfully point out possible problematic features that we may have overlooked in our enthusiasm--like stairs (not a good idea for seniors). Her experience, engagement and feedback helped us to wisely choose a home with features that were best suited to OUR needs. Most helpful and most appreciated. When we found the house we wanted (single level, by the way), Karyl went to bat for us and negotiated $15K off the asking price--not easy to do in this tight real estate market. Five stars well earned! Thank you Karyl! Michael B.

They are highly professional, knowledgeable and I can't stress enough how accessible matters. Especially during a VA process where things can start to go sideways at the 11th hour. Theron and Emily remained in contact with us through out the entire process, got us approved extremely quickly, and other than the hiccup that the VA threw into the mix at the very end of the process (the only reason our loan closed late), this is by far the easiest loan process, from a different state and nearly a different country!, that we have ever been involved in. We have used "brokers" as well as quicken in the past, but with telephone conferencing, esign and easy accessibility, team Theron beats the other options easily. We will recommend Theron Wall to everyone we know who needs any kind of mortgage, and we are SO thankful they were recommended to us!
