The Santa Magical Workshop Experience By Siena Artè Portraiture is unlike anything we've been a part of or witnessed in my life. From the moment I spoke with the team at Siene Arté, I knew this was going to be unique and very special to our family. We feel extremely fortunate to have been one of the very limited and exclusive appointments to spend an intimate hour with the best Santa Claus any of our family has seen. Both Bob and Connie are consummate professionals. It is easy to see the passion they have for their art. Their studio is very warm and inviting with some of the most gorgeous portraits on display. The hardest part about all of this experience is finding the patience to wait for our artwork to be ready. Siene Arté is conveniently located in the shopping center on the corner of Pima and Pinnacle Peak in the same shopping center as Mastros and Lamp Pizza. They contacted me right away and we scheduled a session with our family dog in early March. Portrait session went well, they were professional and the picture that we chose looked perfect. We only ordered a 'simple' 8x11--that was still over $300 btw, and was told that we would get the order delivered in "about 12-15 weeks". Cool. I even contacted them a couple of weeks later to change our mailing address--which was the last time I actually spoke to someone--who took down the address and confirmed that everything was good to go. Again, MARCH 2, 2024 was when we had these portraits done. From the recent reviews here, it looks like I'm not the only one who has had such an experience. For several months I've called, left voice messages, and sent messages multiple times through their website with no answer back of where our portrait is or when we should expect it. For any type of business this is completely unacceptable to take people's money and not provide what they ordered. If something happened, like maybe something got messed up, got backed ordered, or whatever, it's still very much YOUR responsibility to communicate and fix the issue(s) that your customers are dealing with.

A few months prior to the ceremony, she came with me to the site to scout out the spot where she would hide out and take those photographs of my husband's shocked face. Jenna is amazing to work with! Even though she is a newborn/family photographer, she understands the connection between husband and wife. When the day came, she hid behind the cars, and when we walked down the stairs to meet our officiant, I could not see her at all! She hid well! Then she popped out, and started taking photos of us, and my husband's face lit up in joy. He was so surprised when he saw the officant waiting with us, and then once he saw Jenna, he was beyond shocked. (fist pump to Jenna, like we did it!!). During dinner, I also had been texting Jenna as we were running late, and she was so good at communicating with me. She was prepared for bright sun light, or low light. :) During our ceremony, Jenna was capturing each and every moment, and in a way that I did not even know she was there. Jenna is SO talented when dealing with children. She can get our crazy toddler to laugh for pictures when she's cranky, and she was SO patient with our newborn, not rushing the session at all. She took her time calming him, rocking him, giving us breaks to feed him, and didn't get grossed out one bit when our newborn son pooped on her 4 times during the session! Jenna is the perfect combination of professional and fun to work with. She is also extremely efficient. She has gotten our edited pictures to us one week after our session both times! With other photographers we have used in the past, it has taken at least a month to get them back. We have also ordered large prints from her from our sessions and they are so beautiful! She knew literally 6 months ahead of time but procrastinated and waited until the night before to locate the props to no avail. So, I had to sit on the floor of her studio and help out together flowers for a back drop that were not the color I requested. So an $80 outfit and a $25 headpiece were deemed useless at that point. From the moment we got to her studio we were greeted with a warm welcome and compliments over our son's awesome hair as I took him out of his car seat.
