The set up is like a giant ice cream restuarant. When you open up the menu, I would say there are 100 unique creations all of which looked amazing. I wanted one thing and I didn't want to look for it so I asked the waitress if they had an ice cream bowl that including Apple Pie and Ice Cream. Appararently they didn't and no one had ever heard of this combination. It's an American thing I guess. They were more than happy to make it for me though and it was sooooo good. The pie was great and the ice cream was amazing. This is without a doubt the only ice cream place you need to go to when you're in the Limburg area.

As for the taste I think the blueberry taste could be more intense and aromatic but the waffle made with vegan dough still was fine. Crispy most of the time with some soft pieces in between.
