A free gift was included on both orders. I mean a proper full sized product too, not samples. I thought this might have been just for my first order (I received a gift worth 14.50 EUR). But on the second order they included a product worth 20 EUR. P&P can be a bit pricey, but the free gift more than makes up for this. Also the Seavite products are great, I can notice a difference with my skin, especially my face.

Sadly, the products smelled a bit funky to me and my face, within 2 days, was inflamed and broken out with postules. I contacted the company directly to inquire about returning the items. I didn't hear from them for 2 weeks. When I did hear from them, they gave an address, but no other information other than a few lines in an email that indicated that their products were specially formulated for sensitive skin and I shouldn't have reacted to them! It felt like they were brushing me off. Shipping from Ireland to the U.S. was $7.00 when I ordered the products. Shipping back would cost me $50! So now I am stuck with over $100 of product that I can't use. Companies who ship internationally need a solid return policy in place. It's my fault for not checking their return policy prior to purchasing from them, but I've never experienced this with a company. Now I have a "buyer beware" mentality for certain. I won't use this company again sadly. They have a beautiful website and beautifully packaged products, but their customer service needs to be a lot more solid and professional.

The girl who…read moregreeted me when I walk in seemed to be in a bad mood by the looks of it, and my appointment was 10 minutes delayed despite it being 12am on a Monday morning with no other customers. The girl who removed my nails was quite rough, but did an ok job since they came out fine afterwards. The salon itself is really small, and you have to go up a narrow staircase to access it (no disability access). They also do hair and beauty treatments, as well as eyebrow threading which is quite cheap. My main complaint would be the staff though, they are not the most friendly. The service itself was quite ok, but I would be reluctant to go again. But they do have a convenient instant online booking system for appointments.
