Most important is how long the roses held up. I am usually disappointed because when roses are in the arrangement, they are dying in the first 48 hours, and I think it's such a waste of money for flowers to last such a short time. These held up all week. Thank you so much!

The bouquet was even more beautiful than I expected and the florist used some of the flowers and colors I mentioned. To briefly recap: 6/11/20: Stephanie King of your subsidiary, Big Rock, recommended her customer, Satterfield Home Services to rebuild my driveway. 6/26/20: I gave Satterfield Home Services a Certified Check in the amount of $15,000 to start our project based upon Todd & Stephanie King's recommendation. 7/28/20: Big Rock deposited the attached check from Satterfield Home Services in the amount of $6,981.85 labeled "Ashworth Job" AFTER Todd King met with me on my property with Chris Satterfield and AGREED to perform the work. 10/26/20: I wrote to you for help because no work had ever been performed nor materials delivered. 11/19/20: Your Regional VP, Charles Bloom called me in response to my 10/26 letter. He stated that "After speaking with Todd and Stephanie King at length, Big Rock never received ANY money from Satterfield Home Services" hence "We don't have a dog in this fight". 11/20/20: I texted Charles Bloom copies of the attached check (front and back) for $6,981.85 designated for "Ashworth Job" and stated "Charles, You do have a dog in the fight. Keith" To date, I have received neither a response nor remedy from Charles Bloom. Mr. Black, you have earned a reputation as a highly esteemed CEO of a publicly held billion $ enterprise, an honorable West Point graduate and a fellow Fuqua Alum. It's inconceivable to me that a man of your reputation who has pledged that "A cadet will not lie, cheat or steal, nor tolerate those who do" would knowingly allow an employee to risk entangling your company into Breach of Trust with Fraudulent Intent. So once more... I am asking you for your help in resolving this matter. I look forward to your prompt response. Respectfully, Keith Ashworth Greenville, SC

I'll also a recording on social media of how I was treated as well as the location and outward appearance of this location so that you can be sure to avoid shopping here I came in today to purchase a bottle of seven pure for my mother who suffers from brain tumors. I have bought this product several times over the past few years from several locations all over Greenville, who all happened to know who I am personally very well. I even bring some of these employees lunch from my employer when I'm able to do so. Unfortunately, today I just so happen to be shopping at Publix so decided that I would stop at smokers club which is in the public shopping center. I spent $58.62 on a bottle that says it has 10 pills. Inside the bottle. The same bottle that I purchased everywhere else frequently and have never had any issues upon opening the bottle while still in the parking lot with my car windows down and visible for their cameras, I noticed that there were actually only five pills in this bottle. The cashier told me there was nothing he could do about it. He could not replace the bottle nor refund me my money that I should have opened the bottle before leaving the store. Everyone knows this about their vapes, but not one person has ever been told to open their bottle of before exiting the store that is a lie. So he has me wait on the manager after I've requested the owner several times not the manager for her to come in with her six or seven-year-old child and also refuse to put me in contact with the owner. She then continues to tell me there is nothing that she can do and that never happened before. has it to me, which is why I am upset and would like either my money back or the item replaced. There were exceptionally rude and the cashier the entire time as if this were funny. I'm sure that with his statement that I was the first one opening the bottle, he kind of gave himself away in the fact that he is opening bottles and taking out crayon before trying to sell them as full product. I've reported this to the Better Business Bureau and will be making a report on Facebook X and anywhere else that is possible to make a review. How dare they have me stand there for an hour waiting for a manager to come fix the issue to then refuse to fix the issue. It's a whole lot less about the money, although nearly $60 is a good chunk of change and a whole lot more about the way I was treated as a paying customer inside that store, but I have plenty of free time and I will not stop until I have made contact with the owner or my money has been refunded. I will let everyone in Greenville know that there's a 50% chance they'll be ripped off if they shop at this club, tobacco, and vape shop beside Publix on Pelham Road.
