I've been…read moreto this store multiple times, and most of the time they don't have what I needed, they don't even direct you to where you could find what you were looking for. What is worse Is the poor customer service. The cold attitude from the one employee who doesn't even smile, maybe he's in pain or something. I mentioned the flyer and what was on sale and he said I don't have the flyer , and didn't even try to help me. They had none of the sale items marked off or they did not have it. I could go on and on, I decided that I'd rather drive 30 minutes out of my way rather than letting this store get to me. I went to Chatham, and I'm a fan again. I realize that I am only one customer and it probably won't mean spit for writing this, but it disappoints me that in this day and age and a sweet little town that you can still find people who are miserable and treat customers in that manner.
