A great little library, very willing, friendly approachable staff, a great way to kill a few hours…read morewith children if its raining. You can rent DVD's for £1 as well. They were very understanding when my toddler accidentally ripped one of the books. They sell books off for 10p every now and then, there are some great bargains to be had.

Very small library tucked in the middle of a nice little village about 4 miles outside of the city…read morecentre. It's a place that's never really been that busy but whenever I've gone in there has always been something of interest to me. I guess it's a place really for the locals, not really a place to make a long journey out to. The staff are really nice though and always do what they can to help you out. Having been to a first school close to here we would occasionally get brought up and there was always a great selection for kids. The village itself has couple of pubs and a coplu of places to grab a bite to eat, so get a book, get some food and relax in the pub.
