We had the pleasure of working with CLE Baby for our third child, who is now seven months old and was struggling to sleep through the night. Our first two children were sleep trained by five months, so we thought we had things figured out--but our third truly threw us a curveball. When she left (tears included on my part), she provided us with a detailed packet outlining everything accomplished in just four short days, including milestones, schedules, upcoming developmental leaps, travel guidance, and a comprehensive sleep log. I truly cannot say enough about how much Lauren and CLE Baby have changed our family's life. For the first time, all three of our children are sleeping at once--which feels like a miracle in itself. If you are having any sleep challenges or want your little one to sleep through the night, I cannot recommend CLE Baby highly enough. What makes this experience even more special is that Lauren continues to check in and stays in touch. The relationship didn't end after those four days, and it's reassuring to know she's still there for questions and support. We truly could not have had a better experience with Jenn P as our postpartum doula. She has such a gentle spirit and wealth of knowledge. She worked tirelessly to help us in any way possible. From the beginning, she blended with our whole family and our older kids (2 and 4) love her and enjoyed her visits as well. She was so incredibly helpful especially with getting our baby to sleep through the night and guidance on breastfeeding. We are so grateful and blessed to have Jenn in our lives. I can't say enough about the support we received from our CLE baby doula team, Christina and Sarah. Leading up to the birth, they provided support to us by way of an in person meeting to create our birth plan and virtually supporting us during the final few weeks of pregnancy. I had a very smooth pregnancy and did not need much in the way of support until the very end. I had wanted to avoid induction but ended up at 41 and 5 and still not in labor. They helped me talk through the results of the tests I had in my final few days and get me comfortable with a plan to go in for an induction. Once we were at the hospital for the induction, my husband kept Christina and Sarah up to date on how things were progressing and they were able to provide great support and suggestions on positioning and important things to communicate with the nursing and midwife staff through the earlier phases of labor. As my labor intensified, Christina joined us in the hospital and she was an absolute godsend! She jumped right in and provided the exact support I needed in that moment. She helped coach me through my contractions with incredibly helpful suggestions on breathing and positioning and reminding me each contraction was one I didn't have to see again and one closer to meeting my baby girl. She was also a calming and confident presence for my husband. Having her there to support in addition to my husband was so critical for the success of my labor and delivery. After experiencing labor and delivery, I think every mama needs a doula in addition to their partner and I couldn't recommend CLE baby and Christina/Sarah enough! read more

My husband and I were desperate for sleep. We decided to take a chance and hire Lauren through CleBaby. Prior to using CleBaby's sleep training services, our baby was nursing to sleep, waking every 2 hours, needed a pacifier, and was sleeping swaddled in a SNOO bassinet. When Lauren left, we were able to place her down awake in her crib without a pacifier. It's difficult to listen to your baby cry those first few nights, but now, we set her down and she quietly chit chats and rolls around until she falls asleep. Every time I set her down, I think about how far we've come and I feel relief. We still have bumps in the road, but she knows how to self-soothe and put her self back to sleep. I hope that those bumps we've experienced are just because she is still young and that it'll improve with time. I think it's important for those desperate parents out there searching for a miracle to know that it may never be perfect, but it can be A LOT better than it was. Lauren is also the most lovely person. She was so great with my daughter and she has a very calming presence. She was always responsive when I'd send her frantic late night text messages and was always reassuring that she wouldn't let us fail. Money well spent, in my opinion. read more

Lauren was phenomenal! We hired her for the sleep training in early February, and ever since then, our twins have slept perfectly through the night for about 12 hours with no issues! She is a true miracle worker and was nothing but pleasant during her 72 hour in-home stay. The service is definitely on the expensive side, but well worth it, given the results. I don't know if I can put into words how thankful I am for Lauren at CLEbaby but I'm going to try... I came across CLEbaby through a desperate google search when I had run out of things to try to get my 5 month old to sleep without being held. On top of holding her literally all night long, she also cried when she wasn't being held during the day. I had tried everything I knew to try- advice from friends and family, all of the books, any sleep contraption with promises of sleep miracles. Nothing worked. I was losing my mind. I contacted CLEbaby and they set up a consultation with sleep coach, Lauren. Lauren told me that she was confident she would have my daughter sleeping 11-12 hours at night alone in her crib after spending 2-3 nights with us. I really didn't believe it. I was sick of getting my hopes up every time I tried something new but I had to try. It worked! Lauren spent three days with us and by the time she left, my daughter was sleeping in her crib all night long and during daytime naps. Six weeks later we are still going strong and I'm confident I have the tools moving forward to deal with any hiccups that may occur. Lauren was awesome. Not only was she a miracle worker with my daughter but she was also a really cool, fun and easygoing person to have stay at our house. Although I felt like I didn't need her anymore, I didn't want her to leave. We still comment daily about how getting a sleep coach was the best money we've ever spent. Not only do I feel like a new person being able to sleep through the night but my daughter is like a new baby also. Any guilt that I felt initially about the crying that took place the first few nights is completely gone now that I'm able to see how much happier she is from being fully rested also. I wouldn't wish these sleep issues on my worst enemy but if you're experiencing anything that sounds like what we went through, book it. read more

We were lucky to find CLEbaby for our first baby. My husband works a lot and both our families are far away either overseas or on the west coast. Our main doula Jennifer Palacios accompanied us for over 2 months every week on a regular basis. My husband says she is the Michael Jordan of babies and I call her the baby whisperer! Our baby girl got pretty colicky and difficult at around week 3/4 until week 7/8 and Jennifer taught us so many useful and life saving tricks to calm her down fast and deal with these difficult moments. Jen is truly amazing at her job. She is so professional, caring, attentive, and incredibly knowledgable and experienced. She is also very kind and my baby girl LOVES her. She guided us from day one and was able to train our baby to fall asleep and stay asleep in her crib for long stretches of time very early on. We are so grateful for her and our family will miss her very very much. It was always a pleasure and so comforting to have her in our home, especially as brand new parents. We will definitely want her back if we have another child. We also had the pleasure to work with 2 other CLEbaby doulas, Christina and Michelle, and they were very qualified, helpful and so nice. My husband and I both keep saying, sleep training with Lauren was the best decision we've made. Lauren helped our 3 month old learn to self soothe, sleep through the night, and made us comfortable throughout the whole process. I wasn't sure about having a stranger under our roof for 3 days, but Lauren is so easy going and quickly felt like a member of our family. She blended right in and seemed to know when to give us space. She was professional, courteous and clearly an expert on baby sleep. I also feel like I finally know what to do and what to look for to help my daughter get the sleep she needs--- and finally get some time in the evening to myself again. We had very high expectations for our Doula, Lauren considering what this agency charged and after talking with the owner, we expected professionalism. The first few nights, our doula left our baby in soiled outfits. We thought maybe she "forgot" to check him or it was hard to see. She seemed like a really nice person so we tried to shrug it off. The second week on the job, she called off twice in 5 days- including the night before Easter. She texted a few hours before her shift that she was sick - different illnesses both times. When we asked for replacement, we couldn't get one. Bottom Line-- we wanted someone reliable and we thought maybe this was just too much responsibility for her. Perhaps the most ALARMING incident - involved her replacement Doula, Sara who works the weekend shift. This doula showed up on the very first night and MOVED our baby camera with her hand - so it pointed away from the main area - literally less than 30 minutes after I went to bed! We watched it over to make sure we were seeing this correctly !! She Later told the owner that she wanted to get the camera on the bassinet but she got up and pointed the camera away from her so we could no longer see the entire room ! I found this extremely disconcerting! We immediately got rid of her bc we didn't feel comfortable having someone who is bold enough to touch our personal property and move the nanny camera thinking we wouldn't notice. Also, the first night she came over she asked for our WiFi password and said she needed to send "work" emails ... ! Apparently watching our baby wasn't enough of a job. I felt obligated to share this with other parents. This is our first time working with doulas but based on our experience, I'd consider another agency. read more

If you are considering a night doula or sleep trainer CLEBaby is the right choice. We have used Lauren's sleep training services with both of our kids. It is the best money we have ever spent. Our 2 year old and 4 month old have been sleeping through the night and taking great naps since 12 weeks of age. Easy bedtimes and happy babies due to their healthy sleeping patterns. With our second baby, we also had Lauren and Anna come as night doulas 6 nights a week. It is an amazing service. They both took exceptional care of our newborn from the night she was 3 days old until she was 12 weeks old! They were always on time, very reliable and even added in some extra nights for us at the last minute which was amazing. We did not have one issue or complaint. They even provided us with helpful tips and tricks based on what had been observed overnight. I would hire CLEBaby again in a heartbeat. I already told the owner that if we have a third baby, we'd be calling her immediately. :) read more

My husband and I recently hired Cynthia from CLEbaby to help us with sleep training our infant. We have an 8 month old son who we have shared a bed with since he was born. We were beyond ready to move him into his own room and into the crib for so many reasons. I had read several sleep training books trying to find a "gentle" method that doesn't involve CIO. We tried a lot of different techniques but ultimately were too exhausted to implement consistently. Cynthia helped us create a personalized sleep plan for our baby and was key in helping us implement and stick to the plan. It turns out that our baby really was ready to make this transition to his own room & crib, and all we had to do was create the right environment and day/night schedule to help him out. Cynthia helped us create a schedule and a plan, and spent two nights at our house overnight to help us implement the plan. I can't believe how quickly our little guy transitioned into his crib and with minimal crying! It was so nice to have someone create a plan with us and be there in the middle of the night to tell us what to do when we were too tired to think clearly. Thank you Cynthia and CLEbaby for giving us the tools and resources that we so desperately needed in order to see this big transition through smoothly and gently! read more
