I was greeted and asked to sit in the waiting area. It was comfortable. I was told my room would be ready in just a few minutes, so I went to the bathroom. They put me in my room when I came out. I was waiting comfortably and someone came to tell me I would need to wait 10 minutes for my therapist. I was a little frustrated and made sure to look at the clock when she came in. I figured my session was going to be shortened. My therapist was named Anna. She did a fantastic job! My session was not shortened at all. I felt great when I left.

I needed convenience AND a good massage. I live in the country and so getting anywhere for a…read moremassage takes up my time. For a small and reasonable fee, Jessica came to my home for my 1 hour massage. Jessica was professional but personable and made me feel completely at ease. She uses quality essential oils in her practice and displays a belief in the difference between quality and quantity. The most important part and BEST part of the massage was that I could hardly move my head my neck was so stiff and painful...by the end of the massage I had more range of motion in my neck and shoulders than I have had for months...and I had several trips to the chiropractor and other massage therapists in those months. She truly and immediately affected a change in my physical being. I can't say enough good things about my experience with Jessica and will be using her routinely from now on.

Pretty disappointed with the spa services I received. I am from Portland and was really excited to…read moreactually get a spa experience on my visit to town this weekend. Sadly, it was worse than I get even in the cheapest salons in Chinatown, Houston, Tx. Bought two facials on groupon and also purchased two brow waxes while there for my friend and me. We waited in the waiting area for ten minutes before anyone who worked in the spa came to see customers. While waiting two groups came to buy stuff from the boutique but both left because there was no one to service them upfront. The woman who was suppose to do our facials apparently left 10 minutes before our appointment to go eat and was 15 or twenty minutes late. Then, my facial appointment, which typically takes 45 to 60 minutes was rushed to be about 30 maybe with no extractions at all. She pretty much just layered chemicals on top of my face and on top of each other over and over. Bogus. Brows:I told her I keep my brows thicker but right now they were just too thick but to not make them small... My eyebrows are way too thin for my liking and I will have to pencil them in for a while. My friend had a similarly short and near useless facial AND her eyebrows are also way too small and even smaller than mine. Not a happy camper and will not use this place again if I have the option. Bleh.

I have had a very hard time finding people to cut my hair here in South Texas. She was very honest that she had been trained to cut ethnic hair but hadn't had as much experience. But if I was willing to provide her feedback we could see if she might be a good fit. I made sure that my hair was clean and blown out as straight as possible before arriving for the appointment. She listened very intently. Looked at the photo that I provided, took her time going through my hair and cut my hair in the exact shape that I asked for! I am very satisfied with my hair cut. I am very thankful that I was able to find Scarlett. I was comfortable allowing her to learn on my hair because she has so clearly demonstrated that she values providing great customer service.
