They said the service was to spray the windows, frame, and sills with a clear sealant that will help seal cracks and prevent water intrusion. Gutter cleaning was also added to clean the inside of gutters and flush out the downspouts. When the technician came the next day I found out the service was for basic window washing and to clean the exterior of the gutters, not the inside. The "sealant" was basically rainX into the cleaning solution. The technician was nice, but the windows sills still had some dirt and water marks after the cleaning was done. I consider this overall shady business practice to inaccurately describe the services in order to gain a sale.
