Quote from Andrew was quick and reasonable. He and his team were here early on the scheduled day, moved all furniture, then spent over 10 hours with washers and power sanders. The next day had more attention to detail with sanding then staining. The finished deck and trim look wonderful! We will call them for every project in the future.

Him and his team fixed everything that the other painters screwed up on (edging, see through spots etc) and made it completely perfect ! Not only was the job done in record times, it was done with such care. Everything was looked over, and done right. I can not say enough good things about this company. I will never call another painter or company seeing as I will only be using Total Care Painting for all of my painting projects !

Do your research on this company! His contract reads he will make every effort to complete the job…read morewithin 6 months but this may vary depending on circumstances. We contracted with him late September 2023 and our job still is not completed one year later. He told us he could have it done by April or May! He has a tendency to get ahead on his billing saying items are 100% done when they are not completed. Some of his subcontractors are great but others come in and never complete even the work that can be done. When something is done incorrectly they have a bucket full of excuses, some I have never heard of. I would be very hesitant to believe reviews that are positive here or on Angi's list. If you want a good experience remodeling your home look elsewhere.

Mark communicated with me throughout the entire project, he always let me know what was going on, and he even took extra time out of his schedule to check on my house when I was away. There were a lot of little extra things that popped up during the course of the project, and Marc tackled every single one cheerfully and professionally. This was a big relief, as I was trying to manage this renovation from a distance. Oh, and the most important thing? My house looks AMAZING! Highly recommend!
