don't let my rating fool you into thinking this is a bad place. I've been seen there for around 4…read moremonths at the time of this writing and this was in regards to medication management. my service provider has been very helpful, extremely knowledgeable as well as clear and concise in our dealings. why the low rating? it's all in regards to billing and payment. during the initial paperwork for intake I read the whole thing through and found that it stated they'd be keeping a credit/debit card on file and would bill services immediately, without any contact or providing a receipt. I get that no one wants to be left swinging in the breeze without payment but, this has bothered me every time it's come up. I've elected to pay cash with this business and they don't seem to have an immediate problem with that but, here it comes.... when they call to say your bill come to "insert amount here" and can we please have a card number to get it taken care of. I decline and say I'll bring cash over. then I get asked, "will that be today or at your next appointment?" and followed up with I'll add a note to your account. also, my insurance tends to take a few weeks to get the bill through the system and let the provider know what they can charge. this place has collected from me before that process has been completed. all of this just seems odd to me. if it weren't for the incredible interactions with my service provider I'd be going elsewhere because of the billing.

I had been looking for an EMDR therapist for some time and finally came across this company. When I…read morewas making my appointment I was told that if I wanted a female therapist I would have to wait much longer to see one. I honestly couldn't wait as I was dealing with the loss of my son and needed help badly, I just needed someone who could help me. Here we are over six months into my therapy and so much has changed. When I originally came in I had a list of things that I felt I needed addressed, and then we finished the first target of therapy. Something happened that I wasn't expecting. So many layers of my onion brain were slowly being peeled back and unfolding. I could not have made it this far without the help of my therapist James Truesdell. He has a soft, patient tone that is so comforting and easy during your healing process. He made me feel safe every time and was always concerned about my overall well being. I would see him time and time again, highly recommend.

I am very pleased to be a patient here at this office. Dr. Rosinbum is very knowledgeable,…read moreprofessional, and attentive. They really care about the patient here. I love how I can count on natural remedies before discussing any kind of medication. They've seen me for everything from breastfeeding to anxiety. They are prompt with everything here. As someone else mentioned, you get long visits here. There is no medical assistant spending the most time with you while the dr might see you for 5 minutes. From start to finish, I'm with the doctor and visits are usually 30 minutes or more. I've always had all of my questions answered and Dr. Rosinbum addresses all of my many concerns and helps me find the right plan needed to get me feeling better. Louise, the receptionist, along with the other ladies, are super sweet. They make their own herbal tinctures which is really neat. If you're looking for a place to call doctor who doesn't push for meaningless procedures, THIS is it!!

Gary is very knowledgeable and communicates well with passion, ease and understanding. He also makes me feel extremely comfortable. Dr Diana suggested this form of massage mostly for my abdominal pain and low back pain. I think it is exactly the right solution for the scar tissue resulting from cesarean problems. And if you don't know about Myofascia Release yet, you should go find out (: I am tired of getting no answers from elsewhere, and happy to find Heart of Wellness! I look forward to my next visit with Dr Diana. Though in my initial one, she was very helpful and really listened to my concerns and offered some insight that no other doctor has ever mentioned. She made some simple suggestions to me and the recommendation for Gary and I am so very thankful! Thank you Gary and Dr Diana!!!

1 star poor customer service experience…read more I arrived at Wentworth Family Therapy without an appointment hoping to speak with someone about scheduling a visit since their website says they are accepting new patients. I expected at least a brief conversation or some guidance. When I arrived it was confusing because there are two buildings. Inside the waiting area was small with a few people coming and going. Behind the door labeled for staff I could hear people talking casually not working with clients while I sat waiting. The sign said to take a seat and wait for the receptionist which I did. No one acknowledged me for nearly half an hour. When someone finally came out her attitude felt cold and unempathetic. After waiting so long I was told they had a waiting list for VA veterans using TriWest but I could be seen sooner if I paid out of pocket. That left a bad taste in my mouth. To be clear my review is not about the therapists' professional abilities because I never made it that far. This is about my first impression and the lack of basic customer service. When a place advertises they are accepting new patients the least they can do is treat walk-ins with respect and kindness. I hope others have a better experience but mine left me disappointed and questioning the professionalism of the practice. Good therapists are hard to find and this experience did not inspire confidence.

Quality of care is extremely unprofessional, lacks basic common sense, and has staff that are…read moreseemingly incompetent. Dr. Yan Geng needs to be evaluated in whether or not she has the bandwidth for the clients she treats. She's unable to discuss more than a singular issue in an appointment after showing up into the room a half hour later. The other reviews on her competency lines up 110% with our experience. In past phone calls with office manager Dale R, he stated that Pioneer Family Practice has taken on too many clients per doctor, and the quality of client care absolutely shows that. Dale R refused to give his full name after yelling in our faces when we took a photo of Dr. Yan Geng's name on the wall, a spelling which is uncommon. We should've known taking a picture of our doctor's name would've resulted in being kicked out and Dale R's face becoming inches from ours. Good luck to any present patients, our now retired doctor told us to leave before the transfer to Dr. Yan Geng. We wish we had listened, it would have saved huge headaches and some hope for the future of Pioneer Family Practice

Around October, we had a neuropsychological evaluation done by Dr. Julie. Although she was very…read morebusy, she set aside time on the weekend to help us. That for us for already a good sign. Our son, who has found it difficult to communicate in general, opened up to Dr.Julie very easily. The result of the evaluation not only helped us make the appropriate educational decisions for our son, but also finally got to the bottom of what our son needed. We had consulted with many professionals about our son's fatigue (even his psychiatrist and doctor could not figure out why he was always so exhausted), but Dr. Julie was the ONLY one who recommended a sleep study. In fact, it was this sleep study that revealed he had sleep apnea, which only worsened his sensory issues, fatigue and ADHD related symptoms. A CPAP mask should help alleviate his fatigue, which is such a relief! Dr. Julie is not only highly competent, but she is also kind, compassionate and thorough. We are grateful for Dr. Julie's help!
