He did not honor our contract and is refusing to not only finish the contracted project, but to refund half our deposit that was to go towards it. He dragged this out over a year and left us in dismay. I would NOT recommend hiring him. Per our contract in 2021 he did 2 out of the 3 jobs he was hired for. We paid a deposit that was to be split between the 2 main jobs. He completed the first main job with poor workmanship, but did not return for the second main job. Despite numerous patient and polite attempts to reach him since then, he failed to respond. Finally he responded, calling us a difficult customer and that he refuses to do the work to fulfill the contract.
