We had our session via google meet which I had never used before, but it was very easy to use and the video/audio quality was very clear and did not cut out at all. Using the information I submitted on my intake form, he did a comprehensive review of my current diet, activity level, medications, and addressed any other concerns I had noted. He helped me set personal goals that are attainable and helped me create a plan to achieve those goals. It was very personalized, as he tailored it to what I enjoy/am comfortable with doing.
