This place is awesome! Quality work, great price. I'm getting ready to call for my annual appointment for both solar and window cleaning.

C'mon, admit it-- you never *really* clean your windows like you should be (we've lived in our house for a year and admittedly, never touched the outside). If you're like me and in desperate need of a good window shine, look no further than Clear as Day. Ryan was prompt, quick, and generally just an awesome guy. He went above and beyond our expectations, and now both our interior and exterior windows look fantastic. Now I don't want anyone near them so they stay clean! (With dog noses, this is no easy feat.) Thanks again, Clear as Day! Trust me, you'll want to add them to your cleaning rotation. read more

Ryan does STELLAR work. His services are reasonable and he's an ultimate professional. You will not be disappointed.

I had Ryan come out and do my solar panels and he did a fantastic job. I, like most people, shopped around a bit. Not only were most companies more expensive they were dishonest. I was told that I had 12 panels from another company and they quoted me as such. Ryan, for 12 panels was still WAY less than this other guy. Ryan gets to the house and then hits me up and tells me "Nope, only 6 panels." Then reduces his quote. He could have said nothing and I would have been none the wiser. I really appreciate honesty and integrity these days and Ryan has that. Will absolutely use him again. Oh and the panels look great. read more

Awesome awesome awesome. Initial contact was via yelp, but didn't realize he was outside of my service area. Ryan responses within a few minutes. He said no problem, he can be there anytime based on my schedule. Very competitive pricing as I've had mine cleaned 2 years ago. He initially quoted for 26 panels, and told him not to worry about the other 6 that were recently installed. Was done in 1 hour, and he cleaned all 32 panels at no additional cost. Production jumped about 18% which may not seem like a lot, but I have TOU pricing and every bit counts during high peak hours. His bill should cover the overage I will produce as the rain does not help with increased production. Thanks Ryan, will see you soon read more

Very happy with the service! I'm getting much better production after some needed cleaning.

Ryan and crew did a very good job of cleaning our windows. We opted for the package that included cleaning inside and out, tracks and screens. Was very pleased with the results. I also really like the fact that you could book everything via text or online. They were punctual and even gave a heads up when they were on their way. Would definitely recommend. read more

After the fires, my solar panels were caked with soot. I noticed a considerable loss in solar power output. So called Clear as Day. The service man was early (great job), professional and very transparent on what he was doing. Cleaned the panels and left them bright and shiny. And my power output surged! read more

Stellar solar panel cleaning services and great customer service from Ryan. With one phone call, he quoted a very reasonable price in less than a minute and scheduled the cleaning service within a couple days. At first, I was a little concerned that it could be that seamless since other companies required a look at my property and where my panels were located. Fortunately, Ryan delivered exactly as he promised: before and after photos of my never cleaned panels and the finished product! Communication via text and email made invoicing and paying trouble-free. Everything was very convenient! Thank you Clear as Day for your wonderful service and easy exchange of business! I will definitely reach out again and highly recommend Clear As Day to my neighbors, friends, and family! read more

Happy to report....just had the best experience with Ryan at Clear As Day Window and Solar. Called yesterday to get a quote from Clear As Day Window and Ryan actually answered the phone. How refreshing!! Told him what I needed and he said he would txt me the quote. Had the quote with-in 15minutes. Very efficient. Said he had an opening next day 12-1p. Texted him I'd get back to him in next few hours. Loved we did this all via text! I had also requested quotes from 2 others. One got back to me later in day(with a rather elevated price)and the other never responded and NONE answered their phones I texted Ryan, scheduled for next day. Ryan arrived on time, did the windows efficiently, quickly and very reasonably priced! Thank-you Ryan at Clear As Day Windows read more

After getting notification of reduced output from our solar panels, I realized it was time to clean them and hired Ryan and his team based on their excellent reviews and prices. I appreciate that their pricing is upfront and clearly stated on their website. I received a confirmation text and email after booking and a text on the day of cleaning, when they were en route. They were quiet (it was 7AM and everyone was off work and out of school) and efficient. I then received a text when the job was completed and an invoice with option to pay online within a 1/2 hour after they left. They also sent before and after photos, which I thought was great. They definitely looked cleaner! My experience with this company was excellent from start to finish. Now I get to look forward to improved output from my panels! read more

Getting an estimate and booking was extremely easy. I opted for the Clear as Day package, which included washing the inside and outside of the windows, the tracks, and washing the screens. While I was working upstairs I stepped out of my office and as I looked downstairs I thought the sliding glass doors had been removed. Once downstairs I realized that they were still there, just extremely clean. Ryan is a very nice guy, and I wish everyone I hired to do work around the house was as hard working as he is and produced such great results. Thanks Ryan! read more

These guys are fantastic! I contacted Clear As Day with a rush window cleaning service and these guys made it happen. Ryan was such a pleasure to work with. From the moment I requested a quote until the day he arrived he was very responsive and his prices are very good. He arrived right when he said he would and went straight to work. We had our windows cleaned inside and out as well as our solar panels and WOW, they have never been so clean! As another reviewer said, it looks like there is no glass because they are so clean! We will definitely be repeat customers and recommend him to our friends! Hire him...you won't be sorry you did! read more

Ryan was recommended by Stephen at All Screens who did a fantastic job replacing all my screens. I had used another company for my windows and was not pleased. Ryan kept in touch and scheduled a day that was good. I also had him do my son's house. He did an amazing job of cleaning my windows and screens and also the slide tracks! He worked rooms around my needs with visitors. I had an usual situation with 2 windows and he researched solutions for me. He was friendly and professional and you couldn't tell he had been here except for the clear windows! I would highly recommend him and will use him next time as well! read more

We used Clear As Day a few weeks ago to clean our windows and solar panels. The crew arrived on time and were super friendly. They explained the services they would be completing in a thorough manner and got started right away. The work they did was detailed oriented - they scraped little remnants of paint & gunk on the windows, very thorough in making sure tracks were clear and screens clean. The end result was brilliantly clean windows, which were so nice to look through (instead of annoyingly dirty!) All of this for a very sharp price and easy experience. We took a look at our solar energy report a couple days later and it improved our energy in by about 15%. Will definitely make this part of our "spring cleaning" routine next year! read more

Meant to write this a while ago but the crazy holiday season kept me busier than usual. First off, thank you so much Clear As Day, your service was speedy and impeccable! Your guys were on time, professional, and in & out to get the job done--which I really appreciate in services like these. I decided to be host for the holidays this year meaning I had a lot to clean up around the house, including my filthy windows. My windows became like new and were the cherry on top to spiffying up my house. Thanks again! read more

We were in a bit of a hurry to get our windows and screens washed, and Ryan was able to accommodate our needs. The team did a fantastic job, in spite of the 100 degree temps. They were quick, efficient and professional. No negatives at all. read more

I got an instant "call back"/quote via text and it seemed very reasonable and they could come right away so I went ahead and scheduled. Absolutely zero hassle, everything turned out beautifully AND they charged what they said they'd charge! When does that happen?! I thought for sure it'd end up costing twice as much in the end because that's how it always seems to go, right?! I put it off forever because I was afraid it was going to cost a ridiculous amount. It was very affordable and I'm so happy I will definitely have them back. read more

After having tried several companies for my 2 story home, I think I have found my guys. They were polite, friendly, and prompt. As for my panels, they really get covered when the winds kick dust or ash up and after the last fire I figured it was time for a good cleaning. They were very careful with my property and delicate when handling the panels. I did a spot check and I can honestly say that they are now cleaner then they were when I installed them. Ryan got the job done, and I will be recommending him to all my neighbors! read more
