Nate Horst, the owner, took my call and impressed me with his responsiveness. We discussed my needs and set up an appointment to meet at my house a few days later. I received an estimate within hours, and was satisfied with it so we scheduled a date within one week for the cleaning. Nate and his helper were prompt, thorough and professional. I was VERY pleased with the systems and products employed, and their price, which came in at almost exactly the estimate given, if not less. I would highly recommend this company due to Nate's communication skills, professionalism, work ethic, and the end-product. He did note that his typical customers are "commercial", but he is willing to do large-scale/in-depth residential cleanings. It's rare to find such industrious, professional and friendly service in Burlington, which is sad, but worth yelping about when you find it.

This was a really disappointing experience. Whitney, the owner, responded to my request about a…read morequick turn-around cleaning of a large house, explaining that she could have a team there a couple of days later. When we discussed the details, I explained that the house is very large (over 7000 sq ft), that the house needed a deep cleaning (particularly the kitchen) and that work had to be completed by noon, but could start as early as 8. She said for a house our size it would be a team of 3 or 4 people, at $50 an hour per person. I asked to cap the charge at $400, and explained that my brother, who was at the house, would direct their priorities. This morning, 2 cleaners showed up at just before 9am. They insisted that they start at the top of the house and work their way down, even though my brother made clear that the kitchen and first floor were the priority. Three hours later, they had cleaned the top two floors but not the first floor. Because we had a hard stop, the job wasn't finished. My brother told me that they moved very slowly and that the work they completed was fairly average. I called Whitney and she apologized, saying that the team should have been there at 8, but that the dollar cap I had put on the cleaning was a big part of the problem. I certainly understand that if we had asked for the entire house to be cleaned top to bottom, but we specified priority areas because of the time and cost limitations, and the cleaners said it "wasn't their system." While I very much appreciate the quick availability, I am very disappointed by the shortcomings and I definitely would not use them again.

I only wanted my kitchen, very small bathroom, and living room done. I paid $300 and she anted to charge me more. The woman stayed in my bathroom for 4 hours and didn't even clean the tub and broke a special expensive lightbulb on the floor, leaving glass pieces. Her husband worked in the kitchen for most of the 4 hours but never cleaned the cabinet surfaces and floor had dirt in corners The living room just needed to be vacuumed, dusted, and mopped. The floor had a quick mop and wasn't left clean. Never dusted. I gave them a chance to come and fix things but they wanted to charge me more $$. Zulia also increased the cost of the clean halfway through to $800 (despite sharing in writing a significantly lower estimate beforehand)- for a 2 bedroom, 1.5 bath home. I communicated my disappointment with the state of the house upon completion, even sending photos of missed areas, and she maintained that she "did the best she could" and took zero accountability. I'd estimate she cleaned roughly half of what was promised.
