At 6 I called the store to see if the cabinet had been picked up and was told the item was still at the store. Tried to call the delivery service and got voice mail. Poor excuse for customer service. I can understand 1 mistake but back to back there is no excuse. So much for excellence in service. Almost 2 hours after writing the above review my cabinet was delivered. Never did receive a return call. The young man that delivered the cabinet was very nice and apologized for the late delivery. I was very impressed with this young man and hope he does well with his future education.
