We are renovating a home in Tulsa, OK. We needed a dumpster for 3 days. They were prompt with the delivery and explained how to open and use it. It was PERFECT for our need!! We sent a picture to them when we were finished and requested pickup. They were super busy that day so had to schedule pickup first thing the next morning. During the night other people in that area decided to take advantage of us. They filled it way over the top. I reached out to Junk Free after hours with my discouragement and sent them pictures of it at that time. They assured me that it would all be ok. That morning when they picked the dumpster up the 2 gentlemen were so courteous. They had a tarp to cover everything. I was so concerned about being charged extra and we were NOT charged extra!! Junk Free is a great company and we will be using them again in a couple months to finish up our project!! read more

Junk Free removed bulky items from a second floor apartment. Junk included a large TV and several pieces of furniture and some miscellaneous items. The gentleman saw the junk, and I was given the price before they started the job. I was not pressured into buying their services. Two very strong gentlemen handled the job efficiently. They had a trailer with plenty of room; they were prepared to work. They kept in touch through texts and arrived promptly. They we're also very courteous and professional. I highly recommend this business! Thank you, Junk Free. read more

My family rented a dumpster and the Junk Free LLC was very professional and kept us informed when they were dropping off the dumpster, instructed us how to open the swing door to secure it from swinging back. When we were finished with our project, we called to have it picked up. The day of pickup, they sent an email letting us know they were on their way. Again, very friendly staff. Six thumbs up. and more. read more
