Lakeside Chimney was a great choice! We initially went with…read morea popular chimney company from around Springfield because it was who our General Contractor used. What a nightmare! They replaced our old chase cover with one that was so flat that it had puddles on it after it rained. They drilled rusty screws down through the TOP of the chase cover to fasten it, instead of stainless screws in the side. Then they put a booger gob of caulking on them to try to seal them. Then they got crazy with the caulking and tried sealing the chimney collar to the chase cover, which defeats the purpose of the collar to allow air flow. Somewhere between all of their installation errors, they defeated the very purpose they were hired for, which was to stop the chimney from leaking in our garage!!! Brandon and Caleb from Lakeside Chimney did an excellent job on our chimney! Even our General Contactor was asking for their business card.

Aqua solutions was sub-contracted by Lowe's to install our garbage disposal. After refusing to…read morecomplete the job on the first visit due to new disposal having a pre-installed plug, the job was completed poorly a week later. The plumber was argumentative, not knowledgeable, and not trustworthy. Claiming multiple times that he could not remove the plug because it would void the warranty, and that he had confirmed this with the MFG and Lowe's. I had previously spoken to both companies and cleared that this installation would not void the warranty. The finished job is immediately leaking. I'm going to have to call someone to redo the shoddy work and seek a refund from Lowe's on the install. I cannot recommend this company to anyone who wants a quality experience.
