When I initially called for an appt Raylene, the owner, assured me that every surface would be cleaned in our new home. I told her in detail what I expected & she eagerly agreed that she & her daughter Amanda could handle it without a problem. I told her that I really wanted several people here cleaning for 6 to 8 hours before we moved in but she assured me that she & Amanda would do an even better job than I asked for. Well that was a blatant lie. They only stayed 4 hours the first time they came & when I visited the new house to check on the cleaning I found over 25 issues that I sent Raylene pictures of. She came back the next day to fix the issues but came alone & only stayed 2 hours. She was here last week, we moved in over the weekend & when I tell you there are at least 26 more places that were clearly untouched by any cleaners I am not exaggerating. I am disgusted at the amount of money I gave this woman to thoroughly clean my home when she absolutely did not do half of what I asked her to. I will say that some of the kitchen was cleaned very well & the small area of carpet was vacuumed but none of the cabinet shelves were wiped down (which I was very specific about), nor were the doors, the tubs & showers still have mildew & dust in them, the doors have dirt & smudges on them & the floor was gritty after she claimed to have cleaned it on her knees. Raylene is an interesting person to talk to & may have been cleaning homes for years but she did NOT give us $675 worth of cleaning (& my dumb self gave her an extra $25 for coming out here twice, naively assuming she would honor her word. Please don't waste your hard earned money like I did! Now I'm cleaning hours a day while trying to unpack my home & I'm so disappointed every day as I find more areas she avoided.

The former owners did not clean the house, they did a sweep and sway. They hadn't even cleaned out all their kitchen drawers of actual items. The ovens had not been cleaned and the house just needed a total deep clean. So I looked up and read every service on Yelp. I messaged a few, including Miss Janice. My first interaction with her was professional. She asked me the size of the home and what exactly I needed done. I explained EVERYTHING to her and she gave me a quote in the Yelp messages. I was very impressed by her attention to all detail. She even let me know that 'baby that is a big house. I will do my best for you and we will come to an agreement about the rate for your next clean after the first one.' Can't be more fair than that! So she arrives as promised promptly at 8am! She is ringing the doorbell and letting me know that she has all she needs in her supplies and no she does not need anything to drink. She has a job to do! We do a walk thorough walk through and she questions me again about what I would like done. She also makes suggestions about how to keep everything smelling good and nice and neat. My girl for sure. I leave her to what she needs to do and go to my office to work. Four hours later Miss Janice comes to my office to let me know she is done and we need to walk through. As we do she explains what she did and insures that it is too my satisfaction. Yes ma'am all the way!! Miss Janice not only cleaned my house, she made it smell and feel like a home. She wiped down everything and had my kitchen up to par with chef status. Miss Janice is my permanent service. She comes one per week and she does a fantastic job by deep cleaning every time she comes. She also got the house tip top ready for showing and move out and I cannot be more excited that I can now recommend her to my Yelp community and to the world of women and men that require a meticulous home. I explained in advance that two of our three bedrooms (an office and a guest room) didn't need to be cleaned, yet she quoted us for a 2 bed/2.5 bath rate. While I didn't fully agree with the pricing, I let it go, understanding the house is still fairly large. When she arrived, I didn't clarify that the guest room could use a light touch-up, so I take responsibility for that being left out. However, several other areas were simply not done: * The shower door hadn't been cleaned * Food was left in the sink * Sugar was still on the counters * Nightstands weren't wiped down * Hair remained in the tub * Paw prints and visible dirt were still on the floor I ended up cleaning several areas myself, and we ran our mopping robot afterward -- photos of the results were sent to her. She offered to return to redo the floors, but I declined. I wasn't well enough to supervise another visit, and the number of missed areas had already left me feeling uneasy. At the time, she acknowledged my concerns and said she would issue a partial refund. However, it's now been three weeks, and despite follow-up texts, I've heard nothing back. No refund, no communication. She is now ignoring my messages entirely. This has been extremely frustrating -- not just due to the quality of the work, but the lack of professionalism and follow-through. I hired her because I truly needed help during a difficult time. Unfortunately, I can't recommend this service based on my experience.

I hired Michelle from care.com. She charged $125 to clean my over 3500 sq. ft. home. Bathrooms…read morenot clean. Countertops not clean. Floors poorly cleaned. No tidying up. Did not dust bay window windowsills. Spent about 2 hours cleaning. Very poor cleaning. I discussed with her, walked around and pointed out things but there was no improvement. I was not impressed with any of the cleaning. Urine dried on the toilet seat latches was uncleaned. Just a slapdash job.
