It is a big trust thing letting people into your flat, but I never had a second thought leaving my stuff alone in the flat with them. Silvia called me when they were on the way. She was prompt on time and had all the equipment with her. All I had to provide was bin bags! It took 3 hours to clean out the flat, and I was charged a very reasonable rate.
