This morning I received a call from the rudest employee I have ever dealt with. He said: there's nowhere's to park, we are leaving and he hung up before I could even explain where to park. I called him and he yelled at me and said they are not doing the job and hung up. I barely got 3 words in. I called again and he said : stop the f** calling or I'll charge you with harassment. At that point, I stopped, not because of this ridiculous threat but rather because I wouldn't want an individual like this in my home.

They came back go pick the rug up a week later telling me they would keep the rug and reimburse me for it, but when someone finally called me back a few days later, they said they decided to fix the rug instead. They called me over a week later, to tell me they had fixed it back to brand new condition, but when they brought the rug back, it was still puckered and damaged. I told them i wasn't happy with the rug, so they took it away again. That was 2 and a half weeks ago and no one has even called me with an update. Really feels like I'm getting the run around.

We just redid our living room and need an area rug to be the crowning glory that pulls it all together. After revisiting all of my previous haunts, I figured I'd go right to the source. Tabrizi doesn't look like much from the street and, to be honest, it doesn't have much of a boutique feel once you're inside either. But, if you're looking for rugs, you'll find them here. Every wall is covered with hanging racks, the floor is covered in piles of rugs stacked by the dozen, and there are even rolled up ones leaning in every corner. It was a little staggering, to be honest. A gentleman was happy to give me the lay of the land, pointing me in the direction of their small modern collection, and I'm sure he would have been able to be a huge help if I was looking for something more classic like the bulk of their stock. There were some close contenders but ultimately I left empty handed. He did mention that they have a pretty sweet refund policy so that folks are able to bring a rug home for a substantial time period to see if it works - super helpful!

They specifically did everything I asked and put a wax on it to protect the paint. The Jeep Compass that I own looks better than when I drove it off the lot last October from the dealership. The technician who came (Jeff) was on time, professional, and very courteous. They had to take the rugs away for cleaning, and they came back two days later as promised. The technician who returned them (Steve) was more than happy to help me lay them back where they were so I didn't have to struggle around furniture and up the stairs by myself. The carpets and rugs looked brand new and smelled great. Add that to the great service and reasonable price, I'll definitely be using them again.

The day comes, I arrange to go into work late to be there to let them in. Wait for the call, never heard from them. Eventually around 9:00am, I call the company only to find out they do not have any information about me in their system. The person on the phone said they would listen to the call I placed as they record all calls and get back to me. It has been almost a week now and I have still not heard back from them nor can I seem to get through to their phone number. It goes to voicemail every time I call. I've since hired another company at a very comparable price who did an amazing job. BEWARE, do not pre-pay for anything with this company!

But we didn't use it when we got it back. The carpet stayed wrapped in our condo apartment for two years. When we removed the paper this week, there were large rust stains, like water marks, all over it. Contacted them to let them know. They claim is was nice and clean when they gave it back to us. But since it stayed wrapped for two year, we'll never know if they were right. I got a verbal apology. That's it. So much for trusting them.
