The only evidence showing she ever actually USED the iron was that she once managed to trip the electrics with it (don't know how) and another time burnt a hole in a dress, leaving melted fabric burnt onto the iron. Did she leave a note or inform us of this in any way? Nope, just put the dress in the wardrobe and the iron back in the drawer for us to discover ourselves. - Completely failed to clean the shower tiles or plugholes properly - Liked to clean around things rather than picking them up and cleaning underneath/behind We got so fed up with the service that we asked Sparkling Touch for a new cleaner, which they provided. She was no better, and when she went on holiday, Sparkling Touch sent the original cleaner without telling us! The one who knew we'd fired her. Brilliant, I love having disgruntled people in my home when I'm not there. When enough was enough, we contacted Sparkling Touch to cancel the service. Two emails went unanswered the only clue we have indicating they were actually read is that our key turned up in the post in a jiffy bag no note whatsoever, no apology, nothing. Unbelievable.
