Would recommend them to anyone. Today was their first time to our house.... our 52 window house with three stories and one of those stories is 15' tall. They handled it like champs- called in another crew with a longer ladder, put all five guys to work. Despite not knowing what they were walking into, all of them were cheerful and fast. They washed the windows inside and out, cleaned the gutters, and cleaned our chandelier. It took about five hours, and considering it's something we could never have done on our own (they needed the tallest guy they could find plus a forty foot ladder), the price was more than reasonable. Everything looks fabulous. Loved that even though I had to leave before they were done, we could finalize the cost and I paid it later through an emailed invoice. read more

Not only were the windows cleaned inside and out, the service was cost efficient, professional, affordable and courteous. Were we home to meet them when they arrived? (Fail) did we pay on site at time of service? (Fail) did we make appt initially and then call for a reschedule? (Success). We made a new appt, they were punctual, we can pay via Apple Pay for added convenience, they waited upon our late arrival and were friendly and tactfully on task. Worst company I have ever used. After being overcharged last year and them not doing my front storm and window I find that when they removed our screens on two of our windows without having me unlock them they replaced them upside down. I will never recommend this company to any one. read more

Highly recommend this company to everyone. We initially had 2 crews at our home and they called in a 3rd. Everyone was very friendly, courteous and detail oriented. They worked very hard all day and completed our job successfully. We had them do some unusual things and they were all in for it. They even took the time to go over some areas twice that required it. I use every service this company offers. They are that good. Windows, gutters, and Christmas lights are all covered by these guys. Everytime they are at my house, they are respectful of my property and are extremely courteous throughout the process. I hate, I repeat, I hate to pay for stuff like windows, gutters, and lights. I bought an older house in a heavily treed area. My home insurance inspector failed the house due to clogged rain gutters and vines growing along the outside of my brick chimney. Insurer stipulated if I address these items my home insurance would be re-instated. I was given two weeks so I found Scott's A Cleaner Image on a local KCMO internet search. I was impressed by the reviews and called him and another service company. When I called Scott (on a Sunday evening) I expected a voice recording but he (Scott) answered. I described my situation and the need to address the problem ASAP. Scott viewed my property the next day and gave me a quote. The other company??? was on vacation and passed my info onto another contractor I did not know. I went with A Cleaner Image and boy am I happy I did. Scott was communicative through the whole process and within three days from calling the job was complete (along with before and after pictures for my insurer).
