Clear communication and transparency are important to us when work is being done in a family member's home. Repeated misspelling of my name in correspondence also raised concerns about attention to detail. Due to these issues, we chose not to proceed. I really appreciated that he asked if he needed to take his boots off. Mel really gave my son and I the southern hospitality vibe which we adored. My son's shower had a leak due to the handle being loose and a cartridge having gone bad on the internal mechanism. My house is 20+ years old so slowly things are starting to go bad.
