The place used to be super clean every time I would come in and for the last few months every single time I have come in there has been stuff all over the floors and on top of machines and machines with lots of hair in them!!! It seems like it doesn't get cleaned regularly throughout the day let alone even once daily!!! The bathroom never has soap to wash your hands anymore and I haven't seen any towels to dry your hands in probably 6 months. And toilet paper? Well that is hit or miss, sometimes it's there and sometimes it's not!!! There used to be 4 laundry carts, then there was only 3, now there is only 2 and I have been here in the last few months that there were none at all!!! And the last straw you ask!?!? The Dexter pay app is no longer working for this location!!! It's lucky I had cash today so I was able to do laundry otherwise I would have been SOL!!! I even tried deleting the app and starting fresh and when I put the location in it says "this location is currently unavailable"!!! I get it this is a business that "runs itself" but the owners should have a little pride in the place and have someone showing up a few times throughout the day and making sure it's clean, stocked up and that everything is running smoothly. If you don't show up, this is how it goes and things go down hill FAST!!! Unfortunately I'll be finding a new place to do my laundry!!!

Instead of putting all of the big machines together and all of the little machines together, they have rows with one big machine, one small machine, and 3 or 4 medium machines. I rarely go to a laundromat with uniform sized loads of laundry. So, having the different sizes in the same row allows me to carry all of the laundry into one row where my wife and I can sort it into different machines. As the person who carries the laundry, I love that they have automatic doors. I also like that they're usually not busy, and they're also conveniently located near a handful of quick service restaurants, which works perfect for killing time while the clothes wash and dry. Also, I saw a couple of complaints about cleanliness in other reviews. I feel this laundromat has been pretty clean, by laundromat standards. You're probably going to see some Oxyclean or Downy beads on the floor. That's tough to avoid, as commercial washers don't have compartments for those things, and we all end up dumping them into washers we've overfilled. Also, my wife puts money on all of the machines through the app, which is super handy. I have seen a couple reviews mention that the app didn't work for them. My wife is an Android user. Maybe the people who had problems were iPhone users? The only nagative things I find worth mentioning are relatively minor. As others have mentioned, they only have two laundry carts. I don't think I've ever had to wait to use one, though. Their tables are also a little smaller thsn I'd like, but they make up for that by having a bunch of them. They also are a little more expensive than some other laundromats, but they have two days a week when dryers are free. If you hit one of those days every few trips, I think it evens out.

The prices per load do feel really high, but it's so convenient to use a big machine to knock out lots of bedding at once. My experience at Coin Kleen was a positive one. There was a nice clean bathroom there and there were people of all ethnicities doing their laundry there while I was there. Everyone just did their own thing and left each other alone...which was nice. My comforter got very clean and during my visit the washer and dryer had no issues. Good place to go for laundry.

I had never been to a laundromat, but my boyfriend insisted it would save time. We chose this spot because the parking lot was empty and the few folks in the building left as we arrived. They have several sizes of washers and dryers. Of course, you will need quarters but they do have change machines on site. Washer prices range from $1.25 - 5.75 and dryers are $0.25 per 5 minutes. We did a mega load (up to 50lbs, $5.75) and a maxi load (up to 40lbs, $4.50), each wash cycle took under 30 minutes. Supposedly, it shouldn't take more than $1.25 to dry a load, but each of ours took over $2 to dry completely. There is a detergent dispenser with several options, but I didn't notice pricing. This location does offer free WiFi. They also have several benches and tables for waiting or folding, a tv, and vending area. The signage indicated they had punch cards though I didn't see any in the lobby nor were employees present. The floors were dirty. The building had a weird smell, I'd guess that's because the machines aren't being properly maintained. The music and TV were blaring and despite the temperature being negative, the building wasn't warm. Being my first actual laundromat experience, this could be normal but I've seen college dorm laundry rooms and machines significantly cleaner than this. Fine for emergencies, but I'll probably try somewhere else next time. Especially because while it cut down our overall wash time, it almost doubled the cost of the wash.

I…read moreended up here twice during my trip, and found it relatively painless, which is the best you can say for laundry. You can get multiple machines going and get it all done quickly. There were people there both times I went, but it wasn't crowded and I didn't have trouble getting access. It was a decent place, seemed clean both times I was there. The cleaning staff was there one time, and they seem to give the place and machines a good cleaning. One vending machine ate a couple bucks of mine and didn't give me detergent, so you lose the fifth star, but otherwise top notch experience.

I always like it if I can do other things when at a laundromat like get free WiFi for my laptop (legally, not just snagging someone's signal), recycle aluminum cans, more. Here I mainly did laundry, cleaned out the car, checked email. This place was nice, clean, big parking lot with shady, free WiFi for customers, clean bathroom. I would definitely go back.
