The double edge sword of Nekter is products are made on the spot but that also means you're waiting 20 to 40 minutes for your food to be ready. It's definitely not a quick service turnaround kind of a juice bar. BUT everything is freshly blended and it's amazing!! It's worth the extra time it takes. Great sized portion! So creamy and the fresh fruit on top is the best. Granola for some crunch and texture. The spiced golden apple bowl is perfect for fall. Tried the orange crush smoothie and it was pretty much orange juice. The coffee kickstart was delicious with banana and coffee. They also use homemade cashew milk in their products. They don't serve food per se. It really is focused on juice, chia pudding, oatmeal, and bowls. But it's so good and filling!

The bowls are well blended with the perfect consistency and the fruit is always fresh. The ambiance is very tropical with Hawaiian surf shop type vibes. When you step inside the store, it feels like you're on vacation at the beach....It's the perfect way to cure the winter blues. The employees are friendly and the service is usually fast. My favorite is the Pura Vida Açaí bowl which consists of açai base topped with crunchy granola, blueberry, strawberry, and honey. I usually add Chia seeds as well. I appreciate that gluten free granola is available as a substitution. In addition to bowls, they also offer smoothies, juices, and chicory cold brews. This is a walk up counter order operation, where you sit at a table after ordering and they bring the food out to you. Just something to note in the event you are looking for a sitdown service as this business does not offer that. Having said that, if the quality and the taste of your food is the top priority, which it is in my case, I'll come to a walk up counter order operation all day long for sandwiches like this! Relative to the Interior it is very clean and contemporary with basically no decor or vibe to speak of. They just focus on the food and let that do all the talking. Staff was very friendly based on the minimal interface I had with them. Overall, sandwich shops with this quality are few and far in between and if excellent deli type sandwich shops are your thing you absolutely should check this business out.
