Patrick cleaned the hoods and vents. Also the deep fryers. My deep fryers wouldn't work after the cleaning. They took the whole units outside and pressure washed them. I have a problem with getting Patrick to answer his phone after his service. The service repairman said the electrical compartments were wet. This bill was more than the cleaning bill from Patrick. It's been two weeks and still no response from Patrick. I've left messages. He will answer other numbers but not mine. I can call from another number and he acts like he can't hear me and hangs up. Doesn't he have insurance to cover something like this? He stated he had insurance when he was here. read more
