Stay far away if at all possible. I booked Never2Clean to do a new occupancy clean and it was a…read morehorrible, horrible experience. I went with this company because my wife's coworker had a positive experience, and there was a get 1 hour free promotion off a 4 hour clean. Seemed like a no brainer. To book was simple, I filled out a form online and the next day someone contacted me via email, easy peasy. I was supposed to have a 4 hour clean, and 2.5 hours in I came by the house to let the maid know not to worry about locking up. To my surprise the house was empty. No maid, and even worse the place had looked like it hadn't been cleaned. We are talking black mold under the rim of the toilet. I was promised the world for a "deep move in ready clean" and did not receive it. I emailed customer relations and got no immediate response. Almost a day and a half later their office calls to apologize saying they are dealing with the issue internally. They wanted to send their "best maids" in that afternoon to finish the job. I told them that's all I wanted, was for a clean house to be done properly. I come home that evening to find the job done sub par again. Part of new occupancy was to have your cabinets wiped out on the inside. This wasn't done nor were the baseboards cleaned. The best part this was 2 weeks ago and I never received a followup from this company asking how my experience was the second time. All I got was a bill and that's it. Again save yourself the hassle and go somewhere else like Mopify

They responded quickly to confirm my booking and were flexible with my schedule. For my one bedroom apartment, it took them just a few hours and I was shocked by how thorough it was. A big part of why I hired them was because I'm sensitive to typical cleaning products. Overall, the experience was wonderful and I will definitely hire them again!

I had 3 phone calls with them, first with Maureen, next 2 with Grace. Their business skills are so…read morebad that I never got to hire them. We are moving, so I'm trying to schedule 2 cleanings, one for partway through the month, one for last day. Maureen told me they were too expensive for me so she wouldn't book the last day cleaning...the minimum was 3 hours / $150. Since this is what I expected to pay I was gobsmacked, but she hustled me off the phone before I got my balance. A few days later I called to schedule a 3 hour cleaning for mid-month. I spoke with Grace, & gave her a range of 4 days that they could choose, just pick one and we're done. Grace argued with me about whether 3 hours was all enough, & told me she'd have to talk it over with Maureen & they'd call me back. I was left with the impression that they would decide if they wanted to work for me. Grace was borderline hostile the entire conversation, so much so that I started laughing. Six hours later I called to see what was up. Grace gave me some story about coordinating their one time people, very confusing, which I finally understood to mean that they didn't yet have a cleaner to assign to me. Apparently D-Day was easier to organize than their business. She was clearly offended that I expected a call back on the same day. She actually said that if it mattered to me that I could schedule this, and nail down one issue during my move, I should go somewhere else. Of course I agreed with her. These phone calls were beyond strange. All I wanted to do was hire a cleaning service. They acted like I was bothering them, & seemed to think it was inappropriate that I knew what I wanted & just wanted to know date & time. If their cleaning service is anything like their phone / customer service, stay far away. And by the way, 10 minutes later I had the cleaning scheduled with another service.
