I hired Clean Chris after the lady I used retired. I am so pleased with their service. Monica is great, and she does a wonderful job (1 bedroom 1 bath.) I am now on an every two weeks schedule. I highly recommend Clean Chris. read more

We've had a very good experience with Clean Chris. Chris is always responsive and easy to reach, which I really appreciate. The cleaner shows up on time & works hard to make sure everything looks great. They truly aim to please & the pricing is fair for the service provided. Highly recommend! read more

We operate a short term rental in Palm Springs and have been working with Chris for a year now. He is fantastic, as is the rest of his cleaning staff that he works with. It's completely hands off. He can schedule cleanings automatically around your booking schedule, and he's so good at managing everything. It's unspeakably helpful not to have to worry about scheduling cleanings manually, following up, etc--and the cleaning work is top notch. I highly recommend working with Chris! read more

Chris and his staff are fantastic! His team handles our short-term rental property, and it is in good hands. Our guests consistently rate the property high for cleanliness which is very, very important. His prices are reasonable, he is quick to respond to questions, and he is reliable. We couldn't ask for more. read more

I recently had my house cleaned by CleanChris and I am BEYOND satisfied! Anel came to clean the house on her own and she wasn't just incredibly thorough, but so quick! She deep cleaned our entire 1,300sq ft place in less than four hours! Our house was spotless and not only that but she was incredibly sweet and accommodating to us being at home during the cleaning with our dogs. And the pricing is EXTREMELY affordable! 10/10 would recommend them to anybody and everybody! read more

Before selling our home, we used Chris and his team to take care of our short term rental over the last year and couldn't be happier with his services! We always received 5 stars for cleanliness, he always responds quickly, he has an amazing management system that automatically sets up new cleans every time someone books with you so it completely takes the hassle of writing back and forth out of the picture. Highly, highly, highly recommend him and his services! 5 stars all around! read more

I've used CleanChris at our vacation rental in Indio for about a year after trying other companies. Chris does a great job managing his team and is very quick to respond to any question. They always do a great job and we have even had many comments from our guests on how clean the home is. On the rare occasion that a mistake happens (we are human, it will happen) Chris and team are super quick to implement a fix and that is what's most important to me. Great company! read more

Hire Chris to handle your desert vacation rental! As a first-time owner-operator, we've been difficult and yet Chris has proven to be attentive and committed to delivering excellent service. We see clean-compliments all the time. Highly recommend read more

We have a vacation home in Palm Springs that we also rent out. We were looking for a high end cleaner for our guests that expect a higher caliber service. Chris has been great! So happy to have found him and his crew. My favorite thing is that if there is an issue, he stands by his crew's work and corrects it. So happy to have him on our team! read more

My wife and I have been working long hours and needed a deep clean of our house. Chris was super easy to communicate with and made sure we had a tidy house to come home to. Thanks again, man! read more

We started our first Airbnb in DHS this past April. We were anxious about taking this leap into an investment property. Chris has been instrumental in the success of our Airbnb. The house is always in top shape for our guest and he is attentive when he is managing the property for guest stays. We have had a few issues occur at the house such as the refrigerator stop working or a leak and he was on top of getting the issue resolved. Our guests always comment on the presentation of the house and having a positive experience during their stay. I definitely recommend Chris. read more

We have been using CleanChris for a while now. He and his crew always do an amazing job on keeping our vacation home (and rental) spotless. As our house is not just a vacation rental but our second home we are EXTREMELY picky. Chris and crew keep us informed if there is a problem and an area needs extra attention. His crew is always on time and efficient, if there is more work than expected (due to some perhaps not so tidy guests) on the timeline needed he goes above and beyond to make it happen so that our guests (or ourselves) are not impacted. If we have a small problem, he is quick to rectify it. We love that Chris comes and personally inspects and follows up with his crew everytime they are at the house. We love his flexibility and most of all reliability. Highly recommend! read more

Chris does a great job at cleaning up and taking care of my place! Highly recommend Clean Chris!!

We have been working with Chris and his team for a little over 3 months and have had the best experience! Chris is super responsive, great attention to detail, communicative and offers solid insight to the industry. Every time he does a walk through of our rental property he will notify me of anything broken/ripped/missing/stained with a photo. His laidback personality makes you feel comfortable but you know he takes his business seriously and values each of his clients. Cost is very reasonable taking into consideration the attention to detail and willingness to help with whatever your property might need- worth the cost, for sure. I would 100% recommend using CleanChris for all your cleaning and property management needs. read more

I haven't been able to keep my house as tidy as I'd like lately since I've been too busy with work. Things got especially bad after a night out with some friends ended at my place. Chris mentioned his cleaning service before so I gave him a call. I've gotta say I'm impressed, my house hasn't been this clean since I moved in and it didn't break the bank to use Chris's services. read more

I don't usually hire cleaning services but I was in a pinch with friends coming into town for Christmas and wanted my place to look spotless. I decided to give Clean Chris a try and the price was right. He came by while I was at work and a few hours later when I got home I was thrilled about the way the place looked. It felt like I was walking into a fresh Airbnb! The job was very thorough, everything was dustless, bright, and organized. I was even inspired to go buy a file box and toiletry organizer the next day so I could keep it looking so good. I will definitely hire Clean Chris when I need another deep cleaning! Highly recommend. read more

When we first bought our brand new Palm Springs home, we hired Chris and his team to clean it. Several years later, and it still looks brand new. The floors and tile shine, stainless is smudge free and the cook top looks like it's never been used! (Even after all of those holiday family feasts) What a pleasure it is to come home to a fresh smelling house, squeaky clean floors and a sparkling glass top table. read more

Responded quickly and was available even with short notice. My family and I moved outta the area and we ran out of time to do a deep clean. Happy to say we got our whole deposit back!! Thanks Clean Chris! Detail work and was affordable. read more

Chris always does a stellar job on my family's two-bedroom, two-bath coastal condo. He's super efficient, consistently courteous and timely, the latter being most important as he provides services throughout the Greater LA area and beyond. Moreover, as an Eco-friendly mother, I deeply appreciate that he utilizes green products. Additionally, Chris does a great job of interacting with my rambunctious toddler. He is an amicable person that always wears a smile and his work ethic is demonstrative of the pride he takes in doing a thoroughly good job. In summation, I highly recommend Chris for any and all of your cleaning needs, be they personal and/or professional. read more

Chris does a great job, fairly priced and very easy to work with! "Clean Chris" is the real deal! I've used him a few times and I have quite a few friends who use him as well and I have only heard amazing things from them as well. It's hard to find someone to clean your house on a regular basis that you can not only trust, but who also does a great job cleaning and Chris by far exceeds all standards in the industry. I went through about 5 different cleaning companies before I found him and he'd better be doing this for a long time because I don't want to find anyone else! read more

I have a carefully decorated home with vintage furniture, unique details, rare pieces, and a master bedroom that is done very minimalist white. I'm a fastidious neat freak and very mindful about who I let touch my stuff, and how things are cleaned. I moved to the area recently and after having a few weeks of house guests over the holidays, wanted a solid cleaning of the floors, dusting and wiping of surfaces and scrubbing of sinks and toilets. I'm sorry but I've had it with cleaning people who can't communicate professionally, are unreliable, bring their children, only take cash, and don't understand how to handle or treat expensive or rare furniture and items despite being informed clearly. I found Chris' business card at a local coffee shop and was impressed by the pro design and gave him a text. His cleaning was thorough, professional, sparkling and everything looked and smelled great. No streaks. Floors perfect. Everything in exactly the right places. He followed my directions as asked. Communication was clear, prompt and professional by text. He accepts Venmo. I'll definitely use his service again and strongly recommend if you want a hassle free, no-BS, pro cleaner who respects your time, needs and home. read more

We have been searching for a good cleaning service for a while and were not really satisfied with the last couple of companies we hired. We found chris online and decided to roll the dice and we are super happy we did! The price was extremely reasonable for the quality of work he did and we are definitely going to use him again in the future! Thanks chris! read more

Clean Chris has been cleaning our Palm Springs vacation rental condo for over a year. He and his staff always do an outstanding job. Details are important and Chris goes above and beyond regular cleaning to give our condo a real sparkle. Our vacation rental has to be perfect for arriving guests. Thank you Chris for a beautiful clean every time! read more

I met Chris through the nextdoor app when looking for recommendations for a move out cleaning service. We met and he went through the place I was renting and gave me a reasonable quote. Today was cleaning and move out day and he did not disappoint. He did such a great job that I gave him an extra $20 as a thank you. If you want someone who is friendly, prompt, thorough and does a great job, call Chris. I'm glad I did. Thanks Chris! P.S. The walk out inspection with my property manager today went extremely well and the quote from my pm was, this place is the cleanest I have seen in years. So again, thanks Chris! read more

I booked a 10am move out cleaning and took a day off of work for it. I called a few minutes after the 10am showtime and left a message. Chris called me back and said there was a double booking for the lady that was supposed to come and clean. He took it upon himself to clean my place since he messed up. When I first booked my appointment, I told him that they need to bring ALL the cleaning supplies which is something I guess he forgot about. I gave him specific instructions to clean the fridge, windows ect. When I came back 3 hours later, the windows on the outside went cleaned and come to find out later, he didn't even clean the inside of the windows like he said he did!!! The fridge has something stuck to it on the inside shelf. He said he tried "everything" to get it off and couldn't. I asked for a rag and some cleaning spray. A few minutes later I showed him that it could come off if you used some elbow grease. I then asked him to clean the dishwasher which had some stuck on detergent. After he left I checked it and it wasn't completely clean. Again, another halfassed job. I also found dust on the ceiling fans and the floor had a couple of rocks he didn't clean up...... when I asked him exactly what is included in a "move out" cleaning he told me its whatever you tell them to clean. If this is a semi professional cleaning service, I would have expected a list of things that need to be cleaned for a move out inspection. Obvious things like mopping, cleaning both sides of the windows and the dust on the ceiling fan blades. Poor poor attempt at cleaning. I highly recommend especially if you are needing a move out cleaning, to look elsewhere. read more

Chris was prompt in his arrival and did an amazing job cleaning my apartment. I felt safe leaving him alone in my place and his rates were honestly a steal for how clean he left the place. I have a cat and constantly deal with lots of cat hair shedding but he had the right tools to get it all cleared away. Will definitely look to hire him in the future! read more

I have always taken pride in keeping my own home clean, but because of a recent career change, I had to seek outside help. Although I live in Orange County, I received a referral from a co-worker in our LA office who highly recommended Clean Chris Home Cleaning Services, even though he is based in the Los Angeles area. I called him and scheduled an appointment. He told me that because I was referred to him, he would be happy to come from LA to OC. Believe me, I am a hard sell. Not only am I very particular about my cleaning routine, I was also wary about having a stranger who I would only have met at our initial scheduled appointment return to my house while I was out. I can not say enough about how hard this young man worked to make my home spotless! He was so professional, respectful and up front with me about what his services entailed and would cost me, which is what sold me on hiring him over all the other more local referrals that I received from my neighbors. I have referred him to those neighbors and thanked my co-worker for her recommendation. By the way, his company name is perfect. Chris is a very neat and clean young man! Call him, you won't be sorry! read more
