They tried to increase the price upon arrival, did not deliver on what we had agreed to when confirmed over the phone and in writing (full and thorough clean of bathroom and kitchen). I had to argue with them to get them to clean things they missed including top of shelves, back of oven and floor underneath the bathroom vanity. Moreover, I discovered later that they had not even bothered to wipe the bathroom wall tiles!? This is why I even hired someone for the bathroom in the first place. Extremely lazy, cleaning only on a superficial level (initially taking 45 mins when I had been told it'd take approximately 2...before we argued for things to be cleaned and wiped properly) - I could've done this myself if I had known as my bathroom is quite small.
