I have tried numerous car washes around town. Usually they start off good and then as they are in business for a while either the wash gets worse or the staff is not as good. Clean 360 has stayed the course and I always get a quality wash which is important to keep my truck clean for the customers. I will drive 30mins out of the way to come here and pass 3 washes on the way. The staff here is always good and they have the best pre-clean out of anyone. I highly recommend Clean 360! I was a long-time customer of this carwash, a few years I may add. Never had an issue besides the mediocre tire shine application at the end of the wash. Today that Karwash Karen changed that. Not only did KK instigated the confrontation, like a true Karen, she played the victim. Once KK jumped out of her newly purchased Lincoln after I blew my horn for her to move up, I jumped out right behind her. There were words between us, both sides, including KK's male companion occupying the passenger princess role in her newly purchased Lincoln SUV, truly a soccer mom, baseball cap and all. Amongst the heated argument, here comes code enforcement officer Ken, aka officer Hunnicutt walking directly up toward me yelling to shut up and get in the truck not knowing or caring who the "aggressor" was as he put it. He's yelling at me and only me while a blond hair blue eye KK is flicking me off laughing. As you might have guessed already, I'm Black and Karen is white. I would like to note, unbeknownst to the other parties involved, I recorded the whole ordeal because McDonough's officers are racist, and I've learned to always have proof. Don't take my word for it. Look at last years quarterly report where 617 people were arrested on nonviolent offenses. 477 were Black, 32 were other, and 108 were white. That's another issue for another day. Moving on. Here is why I'm here. I asked an employee if I can see the video footage of the argument to report Hunnicutt, "Dre", he says he was the manager, got real nasty with me for no apparent reason. I wondered where this energy was when he was smiling and shuckin' and jivin' with the passenger princess while soaping up the front window of KK's SUV. I asked for a corporate number, Dre swings the office door open and hands (I use the word hands lightly) me a pamphlet with clean 360's number. I laugh and say, I see why you are out here washing windows in the cold and walk off to vacuum my truck. I'm getting ready to vacuum the back and there isn't any power coming from the vacuum. Bojangles cut the power to that row of vacuums and canceled my membership. A membership I had for years. Dre walks out the office and says I told you to leave. I said you never said that and in fact I was recording the whole conversation from the time Karen jumped out her SUV until this very moment but I'm leaving anyway. Dre if you're reading this, I hope that song and dance you did for Hunnicutt and Karen was worth it. Thank you for saving me $24.99 a month. read more

The worst place possible to take your car i spent 50 bucks and they half ass cleaned my car my tires weren't even cleaned talked to thr owner she was even worse told me shell give me 5 dollars back my car has grease streaks all over and the inside was half assed the owner is an embarrassment as a person the staff realized it looks bad and even saw it was a shitty job but wouldn't fo anything about it please go somewhere else this place is not worth it the owners name is Christine shes the worst and doest deserve to run a business based on customer service bc they have none they barely did any work and couldn't even fix their mistakes instead I got yelled at by staff and made to feel like I was wrong this was pretty much stealing this owner is a their and her staff need to get trained better especially the young boy who made racist comments about people inside like this was the worst experience that I have ever gone thru! People it would be better to clean your cars at home for this kind of service they need to get shut down! read more

I was so excited that as a single mother I was finally able to find the time to wash my car. Only to be told that I should go to any other car wash because their system wouldn't read my card. My card hasn't had a problem anywhere else so I was surprised. The manager Matt didn't even have the decency to come and speak to me himself. He just continued to send the young boy back in forth when I expressed my concerns. This has been the only car wash I have ever used in McDonough but thanks to the lack of care and customer service I will never make that mistake again. So I'm new to the area from Illinois I have 4 small busy kids so you know what my truck looks like. This place is amazing! Not only do they have the best high powered vacuum cleaners and for 18.00 you can get full wash wax and they debug by scrubbing first if you add 3.00 more buck you get tire shine. They offer the ole school hand scrubber for 5.00. Free automatic mat cleaner for free. The owner was a very sweet lady in a tennis skirt and funky glasses. You won't be disappointed! read more

Be careful of this place. A friend had a brand new car and went there to get it washed. They damaged the car with a long deep scratch on the left front finder and refused to pay for the damage. They said it was done before he brought it in. Not true. read more

I dont dislike this car wash, however i went into it with 4 tires FULL of ai and came out with a flat! I filled out a report waiting for a call. I would like them just make sure they have more care for ther customers. I would have been satified with a simple free wash but no one wants to call. Great to run a business. Me and my wife just moved to the area and keep passing this car wash going to our old one 20 miles down the road. This last Saturday we decided to give it a shot. Really shouldn't post this but the place is great!!!! the car wash is good and they have towels and cleaner free to use and a floor mat cleaner, also little blow guns to really get in the cracks and crevices. The vacuums have the wide and narrow attachments with great suction. On a scale 1 to 10 they get a 10 our old car wash was about a 3. Sounds like I work for them but I don't and I told the guys there they need to advertise on the corner all the free stuff you can use. They need to reserve me a spot now because it will get crowed. read more

I travel a lot for work. So car washes are a dime a dozen to me. Semi-self serve car washes are becoming more and more common. But the thing that sets this one apart is the people. Specifically ANTHONY. I will keep coming to this wash as long as he's working there. He was very professional, and when the wash didn't get all the dirt off my truck, he washed it by hand.
