Kali absolutely hates getting her nails done, but the owner is amazing--like a true dog whisperer. He cradled her in his arms, and I've never seen her so relaxed in someone else's care. Especially getting her nails did ;) He gently and skillfully trimmed and dremeled all her nails, including her dewclaws, with so much love and patience. The location is great, parking is easy for a downtown spot, and the atmosphere makes you feel confident leaving your pup in their hands. Located in the heart of downtown on 38th and Payne Avenue, it's convenient to all local highways and eAsy access to and from work. The staff and owners are passionate about the dogs they see everyday. My dog is thrilled yo go to daycare and comes home wiped out. It's more than a place to send your dog, they host Halloween and Christmas parties, summer socials, winter bizzars and that's just a few of the amazing events. You can take your pup for a full or half day, board them for the week or send them with their favorite staff member. It's truly a family atmosphere.

I have only been there once but have been in contact a couple times through phone conversations. So the fact that they gave me the correct address shows they have patience. Place is clean. There is outside and inside with no crates that I saw. They needed to interview her to make sure she played nice. I picked her up after 2 hours and we now have a day care boarding place. I just want to thank everyone there for making her feel comfortable and safe. More to come.

She is a friendly, sweet pup, but she is a beast, and when she's excited she's 95 pounds of love that comes at you like a missile! She's now able to find "place" and calm down when people come in, and is so much easier to walk. Training isn't cheap- but it's so worth it! We are going to do some group training soon, and on Sundays you can rent out the entire center so your pup can play and enjoy the equipment. The staff is so wonderful and they just love the dogs. If you're thinking about it... DO IT!

The prices are sometimes considered high by some, but I think you get what you pay for. I can take my rescued Cane Corso anywhere and know that she will be mannerly because we have established a working relationship as well as a personal/fun relationship. Expectations should always be reasonable. As John once told me, "A dog can be trained to do just about anything, but instincts cannot be removed."

It was the first time I have ever boarded him and was definitely nervous. I researched so many dog boarding places and didn't feel that any of them were right. I finally found Paws Play and I'm so glad that I did. From the first call I made to them, I was given incredible customer service. All of the staff were very helpful and friendly and their communication was above and beyond. My flight was landing outside of their drop off times, but they allowed me to drop my dog off during their nighttime walking hours, which I really appreciated. The facility was also really great -- Zeppelin is a medium size dog and I was really happy with the amount of space/room he was in. I highly recommend using them for your boarding need!
