I thought the work was too much for one person to handle but Dwight continued slugging away for 13 hours and finished the work. The stones we had put on our front stairs were failing after 15 years and there were a number of bricks starting to break down on our over 40 years old house. Since we are a corner lot our home is exposed on 3 sides and a lot of snow, ice and rain damage occurs. I was very impressed by this very personable young man and the work ethics and diligence he showed. His professional attitude towards the work and his constant double checking the alignment of the stairs and bricks with levels assured me everything was being done of the highest quality.

When the job was complete is when we really had the issues. This company is absolutely unprofessional and does not stand by their work at all. When the job was completed and paid for we allowed the concrete to cure and Cracks, discolouration and holes began appearing. We called Sid to come take a look, he assured us he would be there on a specific day that he was available and he never showed. When we called to see if he needed to reschedule he had blocked our numbers and refused to call back. After several calls still no response...I would definitely not recommend this company.

Overall product was good, but process could be improved. For example - the equipment used to remove…read morematerials from the existing pool deck to the road was damaging the driveway - had to ask them to put down wood sheeting to drive over, also dropped lots of stones on grass moving new materials to pool area, so had to ask them to put plastic down to prevent spill over. Broke existing light wiring and water line. Overall product was good - but need some monitoring on basic common sense stuff. Also they want final 10% on last day of work - wise to hold it back to see finished product.
