Books for sale are at the entrance, and many of them are like new. You can even find some popular titles here. This location has a much larger selection of books and media than the Middleburg branch, which I usually go to. That's not to say the Middleburg location is lacking in any way. It's still my library of choice and played a huge role in my childhood, I have a lot of happy memories here. As an adult, I recently fell in love with the library all over again and consider it one of my safe spaces. No matter which location I go to, the librarians are always helpful and patient with my many questions. I think they're superheroes, to be honest. Like most book lovers, I always look forward to my library trips and am grateful for the great system and resources we have in Clay County.

Hahaha They have great kids section, some projects for kids to do over the summer (besides reading) and tons of planned activities scheduled so that you can plan in advance. The pickup and drop off along with the Libby app to check out books available through the app is awesome. They also have the audiobooks available through the app or physical copies to check out.

I had discovered some apps that enable you to borrow e-books so I had to come renew my library card today as it expired. While waiting I perused around and saw a CD section for music. Quite a collection to include a good chunk of The Rolling Stones catalog. I may have to come back more often. I did notice the librarian at the front counter was the same one over the last (at least) 15 years. Congrats to her as her demeanor is as pleasant as it was back then.

I have come here to vote and I have come here to pay fines (yes, I know) Guaranteed…read moreincome! :) The staff are always pleasant, there is usually an officer on duty and there are detectors to pass through. It is large and spacious inside. It is also open and bright feeling. What I really love is that I have gotten back into listening to audiobooks while working and they partner with Libby to check out books and audiobooks online which is great. They have smart phone apps and have pretty much everything I have looked for and more. I recently got into my account after not using it for over a decade and I was able to email and get service within an hour while I was out of town and got everything resolved. I was able to pay the fines once I got back into town. It was great. Last time I was there I noticed they also have bus schedules for people if needed, they also have tax forms to print if you need them and there is ample parking. Super convenient! They also have a schedule online for activities for kids! Love that it is an active and community-centric library!
