This place looked pretty busy, so I thought I might try my hand at winning some plushies! For $10 (the minimum in exchange for game tokens), I was able to win 2 Mofusand plushies! I did try some other machines afterwards, but the claw seemed a bit weak compared to the larger plushies. Overall, a fair claw machine experience!
So. I came in yesterday with my kid. I gave a total of 2 stars . Place was clean and very bright ! And the other star is for the attendant who was courteous and really wanted my kid to walk away with something. She assisted a few claw machines that she was putting her hard earned tokens in to try and win. But unfortunately, we walked away with nothing. There were several machines that DO NOT grasp closed after you pick up a toy. What really sucked is as the claw after the claw has gone down , as it comes up , it smacks the top so hard (so if you even had a toy in the claw grasp, well its probably getting knocked outta your grip.) Mind you we were only going for the stuffed animals, some were big and they could have not weighed more than an ounce or 2. We were not even going for the Labubu boxes which cost 4 - 5 tokens. And after examining the machines a bit more, I saw that the machines that did contain them (well the claws do not have the rubber grip on them) so you know what that means, when you try to grab a box, it will slide right out of your grip. Will not be coming back here. I'd rather spend my money at the claw locations that are outside of china town, where kids can walk away with at least 1 item.
Dont expect to get rich here, you are paying for the fun and the dopmine hits. The claw machines are decent, some more easy than others. Some times it gets frustrating. The store is very busy. We enjoyed our time but ended up getting a large stuffy for about $200 lol. Fun for the kids and can be exciting. The staff were nice. The store is clean.
This is a great find if you love trying your luck at claw games!! We happened across it on our way to dinner at our favorite nearby restaurant. The interior is clean and well kept, and the staff are helpful and friendly. You need to use one of their token machines to purchase tokens which you can then use in the machines. There are some added extras that put this business a cut above other claw game places. First, you can trade in a prize you won but that you don't really want and earn a point. You can then save up the points for a different prize! This means you can try your luck at grabbing a prize that seems easy to get even if you don't really want to keep it. Second, I recommend their VIP membership which they're selling now for a one time price of $19.99. This grants you five free tokens every month with more during your birthday month and at other random times when they send you an offer for more free tokens. You also get a slight discount on the point cost of some of the prizes you trade in for. You also get a "stamp" (a virtual stamp in your account) each time you buy $20 worth of tokens. You can save up these stamps for additional free tokens. These extras really set Claw Joyland above the rest! I recommend it!!
This place was a pretty typical claw place with lots of interesting options but I did find it particularly hard to get items as it seems that some of the machines have almost no grip. I did appreciate the trade in options as we traded in two stuffies for a crochet rose. I also enjoyed the decor and how you could just get 10 tokens for a quick game versus being forced into 20.
Bright, fun, and quick after dinner activity. For $10 I would say we had a quick good time, we did win two stuffies with 10 tries I would say some of the claws did not have a good grip but we stoll had fun. We also were able to trade the two stuffies for a crochet flower which was a nice exchange for adults who like to play claw machines but dont need stuffed animals. There was a variety of differnt stuffed animals and even thought some were clearly knock offs they were still super soft and recognizable.

I suck at claw machines but was able to get one prize, but I saw another guy win a few. If you like arcade games, this one is for you!
Love this place. Seen this cause we visited an established restaurant nearby. Love it for the kids and the adults.. service was friendly and kind . Will be back when i come visit Vegas again
Spacious. Somewhat generous with their prizes. Love that the whole place will light up when someone wins a prize. Tokens are ok for the price paid. A little bonus when you pay a little more.
Worker here was so fun nice and kind. Helped us set the right toys we wanted. Took a pic for us and reasonable difficulty! Quality of toys was unique and cute! Great claw store
This place is well ran with good customer service. The arcade is clean and lots of selections. The arcade itself is a little small compared to other locations in Las Vegas. The pricing is reasonable and parking is easy since it's in a shopping center. It's a bit out of the way from the Strip, but not much traffic considering you are driving west. The game selection was also good for the arcade size.
Super fun place! Lots of claw machines, great prizes, and a friendly staff. The machines felt winnable, and my family had a blast. Perfect for kids and adults alike. We'll definitely be back next time we're in Vegas!
Nice area to bring the kids while getting boba or treats at the nearby area. They have nice selection of plushies. The games cost 1 coin per game, you can use cash or card or tap to pay for the coins. You can also exchange your plushies to a bigger plushie. Service was nice attendant was nice and attentive will offer a bag for the plushies. Definitely will be back.

This claw machine spot was so cute and not nearly as challenging as some of the claw machine places in town! We won lots of adorable plushies. My favorites were the salmon nigiri, Hello Kitty, and dumpling plushies--especially the salmon nigiri because I love sushi! My daughter and husband won several others and were even able to trade them in. My daughter traded her prizes for the cutest fluffy backpack, which she absolutely loved! The customer service was wonderful, and the staff was so friendly and helpful. We had such a great time and will definitely be back--maybe even signing up for the membership! read more

Stumbled upon this place while visiting our favorite restaurants.... It definitely draws you in. Super cute ambiance, lots of flashing lights, clean and colorful. Tokens are reasonable, $10 minimum for 10 tokens, each machine takes 1 token/ play. It was fun but don't expect to win anything. Claws seem really loose but you will have lots of laughs. Customer service could be better, the person working there just stares at you and doesn't say anything so it's a bit uncomfortable. A nice "hey welcome in" or "have a good day" at least would have been nice. read more

Fun experience! You get a pretty good chance of getting a plushie and there are more options besides just plushies. One of the nice features is the ability to trade in the plushies you got in for points. At the counter, there are nice prizes that you can eventually use your saved up points to redeem. The prizes are more brand name and useful than just plushies. This way you don't end up with an overwhelming amount of plushies. Customer service here has been overall nice and kind. I like the convenience of the store in this popular strip mall of restaurants. It's a fun diversion and when you join the membership for $20-25~ you get an allotment of tokens to use each month (5 tokens/month) which is a good value. Nice bright cheery ambiance. read more

**if you're here for Labubu, please read** Stumbled upon this place and was excited when we saw they had Labubus! It was fun, exciting, loud and bright which made winning the "Big in to energy" and "Macaron" Labubu so sweet!! It was a thrill being able to win 2 times in a span of 20 min, people were winning them left and right before and after us. We spent about $100 overall! I know that's a lot, but hey we're in Vegas lol. The owner seemed genuinely happy for us too and asked us to scan the QR code to authenticate it Well..... here comes the plot twist *drum roll**** they were Effing fake! The QR code portion is real, but everything else, 100% fake. How do I know? I have some real ones so holding and feeling the quality of this just made me feel suspicious I can feel the seam down the belly and see the stitching around the forehead and wrist. This is the Energy one in particular and the macaron, ughhh. It was smaller than the actual one, the tag on it is different. Im in such disbelief that I went down the tik tok rabbit hole just to validate that I am right and they are fake. It's unfortunate, cause my daughter won this and was so happy just to find out, it's a LAFUFU! I'm sorry to those who have been a fallen victim. I'm sitting in the damn parking lot writing this and asked for a refund, cause that's not ok. I encourage EVERYONE to open the box right away and look at it. If it's your first one, look up how to spot a LAFUFU. 2 star cause the arcade was nice and clean, fun atmosphere read more

WARNING! This spot is not a place for individuals who are sensitive to light!!! Be very careful!!! This claw place was interesting and different because they have a VIP membership with a one time fee of $59.99 and you can add two family members to your membership. Member benefits include: 5 free tokens per month automatically inserted into your card and must be used during that month, 10 token bonus for your bday, every $20 spent you get a stamp and if you get 10 stamps you get 20 free tokens, and trade ups of plushies are slightly less than those without memberships. It's $1 per token. Most machines are 1 token per game. Starting from $20 tokens, you'll get extra tokens. If you ask nicely, the staff will rearrange the plushies for you but they won't organize in a way where you can easily win like other claw machine places. The machines are frustrating because they have weak grips and every single machine will flash every single time someone wins. It's so blinding that I need to cover my eyes. You cannot exchange plushies from the same machine or different machines like at other claw places. They got cute prizes though! My girlfriend and I were happy to see a giant Digimon plushie. The plushie wall is cute! Trade ups for larger prizes range from 3-18. There's a bathroom in the back. Will definitely be back again! read more

The ambiance is great here! And the two attendants that were there were very nice to my kids. Definitely have patience when you are working with the claw machine and stick to one! Don't bounce around too much. I did get lucky one my first try one one machine, but on average I would say it takes several tries to get one. Watch out for that bounce back when it goes up! Fun for the kids and fun for the adults as well with some slight frustration read more

Super cute claw machine arcade!! To play, you pay this machine and it exchanges for tokens to put into the claw machines. We paid $20 for about 23 tokens (?). 1 token = 1 round. There's probably over 30 different claw machines with mostly toy plushies and keychain prizes. Ngl it's pretty hard to win the prizes on the first try. I think the claws are loose and a little scam-like. Whenever we pressed the button, it would grasp the item well but then drop once the claw goes up all the way. I had to play at least 3-5 times before winning a prize. I like that every time you win, all the claw machines in the arcade will light up and play music lol. The plushies are semi cute, they mostly looked like Temu dupes. They have two really cute photo op walls. One that's filled with plushies and forms a giant heart; Second one has 3D letters saying "Hello Las Vegas." Great place for kids and friend gatherings! read more
