I wanted to experience a claw machine arcade place. I dragged my friends to this one as it was close to where we had lunch. It's super bright, clean, and a reasonable size. I purchased $30 worth of tokens. You get a better deal purchasing more tokens. Each token was worth one try at a claw machine. I appreciate making the math easy, one coin, one try, doesn't matter which machine. The staff was super friendly and giving me some advice on which to try for and which would be too hard to get. My goal was to get a total of 4 and was able to achieve that with some luck, persistence, and advice of the staff. Overall, it was a fun experience. I would do it again, if I had the opportunity, but I wouldn't necessarily say my friends would humor me again. read more

So. I came in yesterday with my kid. I gave a total of 2 stars . Place was clean and very bright ! And the other star is for the attendant who was courteous and really wanted my kid to walk away with something. She assisted a few claw machines that she was putting her hard earned tokens in to try and win. But unfortunately, we walked away with nothing. There were several machines that DO NOT grasp closed after you pick up a toy. What really sucked is as the claw after the claw has gone down , as it comes up , it smacks the top so hard (so if you even had a toy in the claw grasp, well its probably getting knocked outta your grip.) Mind you we were only going for the stuffed animals, some were big and they could have not weighed more than an ounce or 2. We were not even going for the Labubu boxes which cost 4 - 5 tokens. And after examining the machines a bit more, I saw that the machines that did contain them (well the claws do not have the rubber grip on them) so you know what that means, when you try to grab a box, it will slide right out of your grip. Bright, fun, and quick after dinner activity. For $10 I would say we had a quick good time, we did win two stuffies with 10 tries I would say some of the claws did not have a good grip but we stoll had fun. We also were able to trade the two stuffies for a crochet flower which was a nice exchange for adults who like to play claw machines but dont need stuffed animals. There was a variety of differnt stuffed animals and even thought some were clearly knock offs they were still super soft and recognizable. read more

This is a great find if you love trying your luck at claw games!! We happened across it on our way to dinner at our favorite nearby restaurant. The interior is clean and well kept, and the staff are helpful and friendly. You need to use one of their token machines to purchase tokens which you can then use in the machines. There are some added extras that put this business a cut above other claw game places. First, you can trade in a prize you won but that you don't really want and earn a point. You can then save up the points for a different prize! This means you can try your luck at grabbing a prize that seems easy to get even if you don't really want to keep it. Second, I recommend their VIP membership which they're selling now for a one time price of $19.99. This grants you five free tokens every month with more during your birthday month and at other random times when they send you an offer for more free tokens. This place is well ran with good customer service. The arcade is clean and lots of selections. The arcade itself is a little small compared to other locations in Las Vegas. The pricing is reasonable and parking is easy since it's in a shopping center. It's a bit out of the way from the Strip, but not much traffic considering you are driving west. Annoyed. First and last time ever there. We just came from claw world up the street and had the best experience. We came to give this place a whirl. I chose the $50 coin dispersement and put $30 in. It would not take my extra $20. So the girl swapped the $20 for me. As I went back, the coins started flowing out. Falling on the ground. It gave me $30 worth. I said I chose $50 to get 65 coins. I have 35 right now. I want the $50 worth and she said put the $20 on for 22. I said that's not what I wanted. Rather than making her right, she stood there w a dumb look on her face arguing her lame logic. Her math wasn't mathin. She wasn't understand that I wanted my 65 tokens, not 57. Tokens are reasonable, $10 minimum for 10 tokens, each machine takes 1 token/ play. It was fun but don't expect to win anything. Claws seem really loose but you will have lots of laughs. Customer service could be better, the person working there just stares at you and doesn't say anything so it's a bit uncomfortable. The prizes are more brand name and useful than just plushies. This way you don't end up with an overwhelming amount of plushies. Customer service here has been overall nice and kind. I like the convenience of the store in this popular strip mall of restaurants. It was fun, exciting, loud and bright which made winning the "Big in to energy" and "Macaron" Labubu so sweet!! This claw place was interesting and different because they have a VIP membership with a one time fee of $59.99 and you can add two family members to your membership. Member benefits include: 5 free tokens per month automatically inserted into your card and must be used during that month, 10 token bonus for your bday, every $20 spent you get a stamp and if you get 10 stamps you get 20 free tokens, and trade ups of plushies are slightly less than those without memberships. It's $1 per token. Most machines are 1 token per game. Starting from $20 tokens, you'll get extra tokens. If you ask nicely, the staff will rearrange the plushies for you but they won't organize in a way where you can easily win like other claw machine places. The ambiance is great here! And the two attendants that were there were very nice to my kids. Definitely have patience when you are working with the claw machine and stick to one! There's probably over 30 different claw machines with mostly toy plushies and keychain prizes. Ngl it's pretty hard to win the prizes on the first try. I think the claws are loose and a little scam-like. Whenever we pressed the button, it would grasp the item well but then drop once the claw goes up all the way. I had to play at least 3-5 times before winning a prize. I like that every time you win, all the claw machines in the arcade will light up and play music lol. The plushies are semi cute, they mostly looked like Temu dupes. They have two really cute photo op walls. The place was empty when we walked in and that should have been a sign. I spent $40 for 47 coins. My husband, 6 year old daughter and I probably only legitimately missed 7 and played 3 coins in a machine we didn't realize was 3 coins. Most of the machines were 1 coin per play. 47-10= 37. We left with 2 toys. Every time the machine would grab a toy it would open and drop the toy, before it even retracted all the way to the top. A number of the toys were clearly too heavy for the claw and it wouldn't even move it. My daughter has been asking to come to a claw machine arcade for months... we had dinner nearby and saw this place. The last place had engaging employees, would arrange the toys if the machines weren't letting anyone win after a while. This place didn't. They said hello when we walked in and that one of the machines cost 3 coins when we couldn't figure out why it wasn't playing. That was it. There was no engagement and my 6 year old was super sad that she got 2 toys and couldn't get a capybara. That was one of the ones that was too heavy.
