Their problem is they DID NOT tell you there will be be a construction downtown with heavy noise from 8am- 5pm every day sometimes even on Weekends! As the pandemic is not over, we need to work remotely at home. But the construction noise is unbearable. As we contacted the agent according to him, we need to bear this noise for another week, and it seemed he had nothing to do with this 'unexpected' construction.
