Hi, my name is Mike. I'll be 51 this May. I have known physical and emotional pain my whole life. At age 15 I was crying myself to sleep almost every night,because of the pain in my neck. My Dad started taking me to the local chiropractor. Which helped. I have been going to chiropractors ever since.. In 2011 my right knee was scoped, scrapped, lazered, and the knee cap flooted, (tendon cut). Because my leg bones had worn away their outer layers..Doc said and still says, that my knee is the worse one he has ever seen. When I go in for injections he calls it "The Knee from Hell". In 2012 the pain in my neck got so bad that I went to a pain specialist. That's when I found out that I have Degenerative Disc Desaise a.k.a. Osteo Arthritiss. And that I didn't have any disc from C3 to C7. I have had more than a dozen epidural injections in my neck since then. The 1st three or four worked great, but the relief and its duration have lessoned after each time. The day before I spoke with Claudia ,my physical pain was so bad tears were running down my face . For the 1st time in about 35 years physical pain made me cry.. o yeah, I have dislocated and broken many bones in those 35 years. I have always thought that I could fell other people's emotions and be effected by them. About the time I was 19 or 20, I could no longer handle the pressure so I built a wall around me. The problem was that there were very few people inside the wall with me when I built it. Including my wife and 5 children to be .Over the years the happy go lucky person I was got walled away . I had become an emotional hermit. I could feel the emotional pain and grief of my very close family members , but I had none of my own. I have had 0.00 physical pain since then. Sure my knees still grind , and my neck still creeks and growns. But I have no pain. My wife has been on a vent in ICU for the past five days. The other morning I was hugging my oldest daughter as we were looking down at her.
