Going to the dentist can be ominous but it has been a totally pain-free experience at Barkoff Dental, very "chill environment" and I am no longer anxious about going to the dentist. The staff there is wonderful, the office is immaculate and the vibe is friendly and caring. In my first call to schedule, I spoke with Julianne, the patient coordinator, and she was so wonderful and super-supportive. Nothing is a problem there; the office is very accommodating. It made my cleaning very quick and pain-free. I appreciated sitting down with Dr. Saggar after my appointment to review what he saw and thought. Taylor at the front desk was so sweet! She was super helpful in making sure my insurance would be covered and assuring that it was all taken care of when I came in. As for dermatology, Dr. Banker was great. She was so thorough! And she really understood my concerns, and she helped to re-instill my confidence that we will be able to treat my acne and scarring. She also works with a small, local pharmacy to help get prescriptions covered that insurance doesn't cover! This was extremely helpful and a really nice service.
