My brother used this roofer to put new shingles on the roof and I am new co-owner of the same house as his health is deteriorating. This roofer kept telling us that he was using 30 yr shingles and that his own guarantee is 10 years but no whereon his guarantee does it state that he is using 30 year shingles or the asphalt shingle manufacturer. And then he said he was going to clean up when he was done and then he leaves water bottles
Now that my brother is in the hospital , I called the roofer and asked if he had anything from the asphalt shingle manufacturer and all he told me was to go online to the roofing manufacturer and I told him that does not prove what was put on the house , so I asked if he would put it in writing and he told me I was pissing him off . WOW, and then he hangs up on me .
If he cannot prove that he put on Owen Corning shingles then what is he trying to hide.
I will be looking for a new roofer in a few years, but after his poor business practise and unwillingness to prove what he put on the house , I would not recommend this roofer to anyone
