She went to Gabby. On the first visit, she came home and her hair looked the same. 4 hrs wasted. She went back. After the 2nd visit, there were highlights, but the roots were still dark. 4 more hrs wasted. After the 3rd visit, she came home and her hair was blue (see pics). 4 more hrs wasted. After the 4th visit, after Gabby promised it wouldn't happen, she came home with severely damaged hair that is severely burned. 4 more hrs wasted. In all...16 hrs spent there, 4 visits, and damaged hair. Still no highlights. Gabby said to wait several days and we would see the color. However, any other salon she came from had her hair looking right as soon as she left. Avoid at all costs!

I had an issue with a frozen shoulder and could not wash or style my own hair so thought I would drop in for a quick shampoo, dry and style, expecting to pay a typical Great Clips price. The process took two hours, literally, to wash, dry and style my hair. The bill was $59. Are you KIDDING me? I think the technician milked the time just to make more money off of me in a difficult situation. I will never go back!
