We went to our local florist in the Seattle area to order an arrangement to be sent to a family…read moremember's funeral in Monroe, LA. The cost of the arrangement itself was $125, prior to taxes and fees. I'm sure the florist must not have expected us to ever see the flowers, for what else would explain the fact that our $125 got us a bunch of carnations, baby's breath, and unopened lilies plopped in a vase in the most simple and mundane arrangement possible? I'm TERRIBLE at flower arranging and could have done a better job than this. After we got home, we let our local florist know how bad the arrangement was, and they reached out to Brooks Florist to discuss it. Brooks was completely unsympathetic, even a bit snotty about it, and refused to credit back anything for the less-than-lackluster work on their part. DO NOT TRUST your care and dollars to this florist. Your loved ones (and you) deserve much better.
