Easy in and out. They have LIVE people at the kiosks, who are great salespeople, and I appreciate a good salesperson. They tried their best to up-sell me with features and benefits! Way to go! When I called to have them take care of it they said my truck is too old and it's not their fault and that my 2012 f150 was old. After my huge disappointment experience the"FULL INTERIOR DETAIL" on Saturday, I came today for my other vehicle to get a car wash. Yes I have 2 vehicle that both has membership with Classy Chassis, I have not cancel it yet because I want to give them a chance. At 6:20pm I went to CC in Fircrest to get my civic a wash, then I noticed it washes without a soap. I get the attendant attention to let her know there was no soap. She did what she could, so I went back to line up again and I waited for 30 minutes, the young man staff, told me to come back tomorrow because the car wash is not working. Nonchalant he said since you have a membership, you can come back tomorrow. I was like, no apology, just come back, he also said I can't offer anything because he will get in trouble if he do offer anything. I'm done with Classy Chassis. First, they gypped me from charging so freaking expensive for a job they did not full fill. They are not sorry for the crappy services they provide to their customers. I've never had one issue with this place. ALL automated car washes never get the back bumper under the license plate clean. It IS the best car wash in Western WA. The tire gloss is still on a week later and the rims clean. Rain and driving thru standing water on roads DOES break the shine down fairly quick. That is normal. The new ceramic coating left my black car the shiniest it's been in years. There is usually a line to get in. Trying out this new fancy car wash. Some digital payment features, & quick processing. Looks like there is a frequent fliers type program. I personally like touch-less car washes though so may not be back that frequently. Your options are $8, $12, $16. Love the mirror as you exit for your blow dry so you can check yourself out! :D Quick wash, easy no-hassle payment. Attendants on duty and I think we paid extra to have them scrub our tires before going in. We found out recently they won't let us take our Subraru through because it has a Thule on the roof rack :( womp womp. We now have a monthly membership at another carwash. read more

Would give these guys a 0 if I could. I've been twice. The first time we went, the entire car wash shut down for 5 minutes. When they finally got it started again, we found that the car wash we received was the cheapest option when we had paid for the 16$ (highest) package. Today we decided we would give them another shot. The same employee was manning the entry again. He kept telling me to turn right to line up with their intake, but my vehicle met resistance. He then came up to my window and told me to straighten out, so I did. Tried to move forward as instructed and met resistance again, followed by a loud pop and my tire rapidly losing air. The intake for the car wash removed my tire from the wheel. The team called a tow truck but refused to help with any of the costs citing that it was my fault. Not happy with my latest visit to The Rave car wash. Let me preface by saying I've been here several times before and was happy with past results on both my Suburban and Tucson. However, this time I paid for a Platinum wash ($16) and my car still had a lot of dirt on it. I was surprised for 2 reasons: 1) results on prior visits and 2) they pre-scrubbed my car very well. The guys who scrubbed my car were great - I thought they did a very good job getting my car ready. Maybe if I'd talked to them, they would have put me back through...but...for $16 I at least expect all the dirt off the windows, scrub or not...didn't happen!! read more

Details: New car wash to the neighborhood, thought I'd give it a try. It's a fully automated pay process similar to what you'd see in a modern carwash. I went in with a mud covered SUV after a weekend of driving in the mountains. I was very skeptical the guys scrubbing and the machines would get all the mud off my car. As soon as I reached the end of the scrubber machines, there is a mirror you can see your vehicle, and all the mud was gone! I was really surprised. I pulled off to the side where they have a very nice vacuum area and towels are provided for the final owner dry off. Have been going here since they opened, and was sincerely impressed by the end result. As of today, I am definitely done. Only wish that I could give them a (-) 5 score. Have always purchased the $16.00 Platinum wash. I would not pay a $1.00 for what was done today. The machinery is not being maintained, the overall quality of the wash is poor, at best, and the children working there positively do not give a shit! How bad can a car wash be? The wash may be fine but the service was terrible. After mistakenly buying a Silver membership I tried on the spot to cancel the transaction and get a refund. I was told that wasn't possible at the location and to call the manager to get it cleared up. When I called I was told they couldn't find my name or charge in the system, but the manager might be able to on his machine. So, I called back then next day to talk to the manager. He still wasn't in. I checked, and the mistaken charge had gone thru my credit card. Several calls and days later, still no manager, no call back, no refund, and no one could do anything to rectify the situation, not even an apology and or credit. Finally called the credit card company to dispute the charge. I have to give them one star so I can post this review. read more

1 star, because 0 is not an option.. This was the worst drive-thru car wash I have ever paid for. Missed spots all over. Back part of my car still had soapy water all over it. Had to use one of their towels to wipe all the missed spots and to get most of the soap off my car. Complete waste of time! Save yourself the headache and go else where!! read more

Proof that new equipment can provide a soapy mess of a car wash. Turtle Wax should be ashamed to associate their good name with this ill conceived venture. Extra money for wax, bottom clean or tire shine isn't a good investment. Lots of dirt left on the car. Save your hard earned cash and go to Brown Bear on 6th Ave or 38th St. instead. You'll laugh... You'll cry... You'll kiss sixteen bucks (WTF... $16 bucks for that?) goodbye. Avoid this inconvenient traffic pattern at all costs. Terrible customer service I had less than a dozen needles in the back of my truck and they wouldn't let me use my membership to wash my truck instead of offering a vacuum to take them up the street denied me. I went to this car wash today because the line was so long at Brown Bear. I got the platinum wash because I wanted my wheels cleaned. Not only are messages wheels still dirty, but they fold in both side mirrors and there is nowhere to pull aside and redo the passenger side. More of an explanation from a friend of an employee. When their tunnel shuts down for a bit, it's because another customer has sent the tunnel into a 'panic'. The cause of this is when people have their foot on the brake in the tunnel and don't listen to instructions. Second, their tunnel can't get sap. Wheel rims are difficult to get all the cracks and crevasses of. There is a sign at the beginning of the tunnel meant for a third grader to be able to follow. Third, there are a lot of comments about dirt left on the car. Look at the date of those reviews, many of those are months or even a year ago. Staff changes. Also on the topic of dirt, many people have dirt that's caked on so packed, that their pressure washers can't even cut it. On top of that, to avoid watermarks and any hidden dirt that the washers cannot get to, there are towels available for people to dry off their car after the wash so the water doesn't pick up the dirt and drag it across the rest of the car. read more

I'm a big fan of Brown Bear but I thought I would try your car wash since its closer to my house. Paid for the cheapest one and that's what I got. The only soap was applied by the attendants and that was minimal. Little to know dryer and left soap spots all over. Even the lowest price car was at Brown Bear is 100 times better. Don't get your car washed here. The water pressure in their car wash was so high that it broke off my cars license plate. They told me that they would cover the expenses to get this fixed but never called me. I finally paid them a second visit to talk to them about this and was told the manager was not available but he would give me a call as soon as possible. I stopped here after a trip across the state; after the wash my bumper still had bugs all over it. I wasn't surprised, they were really stuck on there. I didn't say anything, I was just going to touch it up when I got home. Love the Rave car wash. I appreciate that I can purchase individual washes or a membership - kind of like getting the Christmas bundle at Pink Elephant (only not having to keep track of the punch card). I find that the actual car wash is as good or slightly better than any other automated car wash. I mean does it detail the exterior of the car? Of course not, but no automated car wash does. I like that there are always people on site to help out if the vending machine gets clogged and to put out fresh towels, etc. The employees I've spoken with have always been courteous and on the one occasion when my vending machine purchase did get stuck, they gave me my item plus an extra one to compensate for the inconvenience. read more

DO NOT GO HERE! Owner is a con man! I took my car for a wash after two weeks of rain. The machine could not get my wheels clean or the back of the car. I asked to go through the car wash again, they kept taking cars ahead of me instead of running me through. Then the employee went and got the owner and all he did was make excuses about the brake dust. He finally ran me through again and did not give me the platinum wash, which is what I paid for. There was no armor all on my tires after the second wash which is what I paid for. He continued to argue with me telling me about how dirty my car was. He stated he gave me the platinum wash. It was evident that was a lie by looking at the tires. Making excuses and basically making me angry. He said I was being unrealistic and called me an ass. Told me if I came back he would have me and my car arrested and put in jail. Why because I want my car clean? Because I want what I paid for which is my tires and wheels cleaned and shined? There were other people that witnessed this and one lady even came up to me and told me he was being completely unprofessional.
