Extremely disappointed with both the service quality and the way customers are treated here. The staff seemed uninterested in addressing concerns and lacked professionalism. The overall experience felt rushed and careless. When you're paying for detailing/tint services, you expect quality and proper communication -- unfortunately, that was not my experience here.
