Etc etc. Crooks. Luckily they let me pay the fee and sit overnight with no additional charge. So I could get a new tire the next day. Went back the next day and no one could find my car. They'd moved it (without the key) and now don't want me to retrieve it. The inside is disgusting. There was no consideration of the quality of work on a nice car. These people are crooks.
